Easy to install, works as advertised

The merchandise is great it came very quickly and the merchandise is very doable. Glad I bought one.

Everything was great except the picture of the motor flush I ordered didn't match what I received. The picture showed water being feed to both sides and the one I received only feed one side. I already owned one like that, but not worth my time to try and return.

First I ordered the wrong size jack plate. I called customer service and talked directly to a person whom spoke English! He was happy to assist me and did so very fast and was very knowledgeable about their products shipping was extremely fast, and the jack plate is very well built. I couldn't be more happy with my entire purchase experience. I will be a returning customer and whole heartedly recommend them to everyone!

Overall happy with the jack plate. Definitely did what I needed it to do. However, the provided bolts should be longer, especially if they're going to be used with the available brackets. I had to buy new, longer bolts in order to mount the jack plate and brackets therefore wasting some of my money.

Nothing like working with an American based business! I made an online order for the wrong size bolts so I called to cancel it. They were very responsive and even though the shipping label had already been printed they were able to cancel it with no charge.

Great customer service, fast delivery!

The Jon boat jack plate shipped quickly, only took 3 days. When unpacked looked like a well made assembly. Had paper work on date made and by who. Plus who inspected and date. Install was not hard to do with basic tools. Mount motor, adjust height I needed, tighten bolts up and ready for a test ride. Happy with the product.

Shipping is fast, they sell spare parts which is awesome. High quality components. They got me back on the water fast
