Nice quality and great value however the color varies wildly from batch to batch

I had a very positive experience with this company overall. First, for the same cost through other retailers carrying this brand, you get LESS dishes in a set. I paid the same and shopped direct with the company and it basically came down to another set of bowls for the same price. The set is beautiful. It’s the green starry set. I like the raised edge on the plates and they still stack and fit in the dishwasher nicely. One plate arrived with a chip and I don’t blame the company. It was delivered FedEx looking like the box had seen better days so only one chipped plate didn’t seem bad. I contacted the company and they sent TWO replacements for the chipped plate at no charge. They are very pleasant to deal with and respond in a few business days which seems reasonable to me.

Large selection of colors, sizes, and patterns. Items arrived on time and properly packed to prevent any breakage. I look forward to seeing just how durable they are for daily use, including exposure to the dishwasher and microwave.

Quick, efficient and hassle free. Goods arrived undamaged which is always a worry.

Vancasso is one to recommend. Their dishes are beautiful and very well made. I purchased a set for a gift, then added another. They have many additional items available to complete the sets. Packaging is above and beyond. Highly recommend Vancasso.

Follow up on a review last week on my very negative experience with vancassco customer service. They refused to send me a replacement for a faulty coffee cup. Shorty after the review I received a message from customer service stating they would send me an entire set of coffee cups and apologized for the frustration. I APPRECIATE THE EFFORT. However, I come away with a different kind of frustration; is it not a shame what a customer has to go through to get a fair shake??
The product was defective and the company refused to stand by their product initially!!!!!

Don't bother unless you only eating salads, plates won't take any heat had 8 only 1 left, very poor quality.

I must say I loved the products❤️ from the beginning. I texted the company and they responded me immediately, providing me with all the necessary informations! With a very beautiful and polite way, they helped me decide what exactly I want to buy. I received my order very quickly, in a very safe package. I want to thank them again, and I will buy more things for sure in the future!💕

These are the worst plates I have ever owned. Within 6 months of use about 1/3 of the plates had chipped. Now after 18 months of use all of the plates have chipped and a couple have completely smashed.

I thought they would be good value for money, instead I have wasted about £150 and now need to buy new plates.

Arrived with broken peices.
Paid a company" steel" insurance i didn't ask for but when I tried to claim have been going round in circles. Not only did they want a picture of broken peices " fair" but also passport pic, driving licence, I.d card, I have non of these and why would they want them?
Very bad company do not go near them.

Got the 24 PC simi set + the mugs to match, I love them

Placed a large order as a gift. It’s been more that a week, and still not received. Tried to call dpd and they said vancasso cancelled the pick up. Emailed vancasso and no response. Very very very poor customer service. There are plenty of other brands where you can safely order - given this was a gift, it gives me anxiety.

The issues:
1. Looks like a scam (I keep checking because it looks so suspicious). "Vancasso-microsoft" what is the connection?????????
2. Payment is through "Shop" which has a trust pilot rating of 1.1 (1959 reviews) :|
3. The site sells stock that they do not maintain
4. They did offer an alternative, but did not respond to my answer
5. Radio silence
6. More radio silence
7. Still radio silence

The story below:

Ordered the Lumi and Simi tableware sets.
Vancasso sends me an email that reads exactly like a scam email (the emsils that try to get useable info), telling me there is an issue. Even the title of their email "vancasso-microsoft" does not look legit and raises issues.
Payment is organized through "Shop" which, by the way, has a trust pilot rating of 1.1 (1959 reviews). This now raises more alarms.
I have checked the support email address against the address supplied on my order by "Shop" and they are the same. So no excuse for the poor Vancasso service.
Vancasso (not a scam; apparently) informed me that they had no lumi set even though is still shown as available on the site. They offered me another Simi set.
I contacted them to see how long it would take to restock.
Radio silence.
Still radio silence.

If you are patient and like being messed around, they might be ok.
If not, steer clear.
