I love the dishes! This order was for another set of the pasta bowls and, of course, they got here quickly and are perfect.

When my first set of four bowls arrived damage, they quickly moved to send me four more.

I am so pleased with vancasso support team..my parcel hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks ..I enquired about the tracking as it appeared not to be working ..and I got an immediate response ..I followed procedures as I had made the insurance ..then I got an email back explaining that the problem with the parcel in transit wasn't covered for that problem.,however vancasso proceeded to say that they had looked into it and the parcel appeared lost..so they were sending me another one which arrived in a few days ..the tableware is so beautiful ..I would hand on heart recommend vancasso they are very responsive to your emails

I ordered a Stern 16 piece in December, it arrived very quickly and was very well packaged.
In May on of the side plates broke in half whilst in the microwave. I contacted Vancacco, and was replied to immediately they sent out two side plates free of charge and kept me updated throughout the process.
Cannot fault the beautiful product, delivery process and customer service. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience all around

Bought the Stern set in green to supplement a favourite set I already had and it did not disappoint: Awesome colour & square shapes, such value for money - and incredible customer service both on email and delivery was faster than Amazon and all in one piece!

Fast shipping! I love the designs on this tableware set. Unfortunately one chipped already. Not sure where or how but when I took it out of the dishwasher is was chipped. Hoping it is more sturdy as I got rid of all my other stuff already :(

Absolutely Gorgeous! I love this set, the colors, the patterns, the quality - and for the price??? I'm shocked at what an amazing value this set was!!!

This is for Vancasso UK outlet. I think the email CC is in China, though this has never been an issue (see below) I have made 2 orders direct with Vancasso and will report on those in this review. I initially started buying the Macaron Sets with Vancasso on the Amazon platform. When it came time to get the salad plates, Amazon did not have them for several months. I looked on the Vancasso site when googling for any results for the Macaron range, the Salad plates were also listed as sold out there.

Out of desperation, I emailed Vancasso customer care and got a reply straight away. Usually factory outlets might make ranges for a limited time and end the run, or with a global distribution network, not bother to update the inventory. However, just a few weeks later, the salad plates showed up on their UK site! I got those straight away and was very grateful to whoever it was in China on their CC team who made sure some got there.

I got some more to add to my collection recently and made a mistake, I put the wrong shipping address, as I have moved home. I emailed them and again they replied within a working day, I think the next day for them on their time and they ammended their shipping straight away.

Their shipping is fast an their packaging is really good, because I have made ceramics orders with different UK suppliers this year and their items arrived smashed because couriers are not very good here anymore, but not with Vancasso, who package their ceramics very well to make sure they do not get damaged and time is wasted on both sides with any refunds and replacements.

Therefore with customer care and packaging and shipping for me so far they are better than UK suppliers.

About the Macaron range. They are printed wares using balloon expansion to transfer the patterns onto the ceramics. They use different colours, 4 with Mediterranean patterns often used on tiles. When we eat as a family it is easy to know whose plate belongs to whom by the colour, my wife likes red, she always gets the red plate.

The printing can vary, because of the method and because they are mass produced. They are also porcelain and therefore very cheap, which was what I needed at the time. They are day to day ceramics for our family, with a nicer set for guests.

I write that to say that for cheap but good quality porcelain, it is very good for the time that it will last. Vancasso is a Chinese company, and the Chinese do have Thousands of years of experience in fine ceramics, and I feel that this shows, even with mass-produced ceramics like these.

I am glad to be able to deal directly with them as a Chinese company like Vancasso today, which would have been difficult in the past.

I ordered the Vancasso colourful bowls in two sizes to match plates I’ve had for years and still love. The price was very good, delivery was fast and trackable, and everything was securely packaged.
One bowl was slightly different in colour than expected, but customer service was excellent and solved the issue quickly and satisfactorily.
Very happy with both the products and the service — I would recommend.

I purchased the Karst dinnerware set. I love the style and colour, but it is advertised as oven proof, and on the website, it is pictured being taken out of an oven, however, I placed a plate in the oven at a very low heat, around 80°c, to warm it,unfortunately it cracked down the middle into two pieces. I notified the company, but received no reply, and no offer of replacement for a product which was not as described. This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend this company. Their aftersales customer care is atrocious. Once they have your money, they have no interest in your satisfaction, or lack of it !!!!!
