Very bad webshop, don't buy anything!! I have recieved a medium bag instead a large bag. I can't get any contact with them to change the bag. No reaction at all

Their address email is not working I…
Their address email is not working I can’t get my money back there is no contact with them at all. I don’t know what to do now, I want refund before they send it out but they are not responding to me.

Bad quality brand bag
Got bad quality of bag, at first use, zipper fall off, no reactions from shop, no impressum where are the shop located, for me it looks like scam, because no feedback from store of any of my mails.
Update: after a week they contact me and will send out a replacement, stay tuned.
Final Update: Seller send a second bag without failure.

I posted a review on here saying I didn’t receive any answer from Valentiore. Well, I have updates. It wasn’t a scam. They finally answered and my bag arrived perfectly. It’s original. I love it!!!
