These people are simply thieves
These people are simply thieves. I received pyjamas. Not my size. Wished to return them, no response from them. I blame Facebook not getting rid of them.

I ordered muslim pajamas, but they never arrived although I got a message from the company saying they had arrived. I live in Portugal.
Never receiver the order nor a reply to my emails. I think they are just thieves. Don't buy on their web site
I ordered an item at Christmas and haven’t received it . This is a scam
Took several weeks to ship from States. Looks like it came from China. Like other reviewers Slumbora sent the wrong size and have not responded to three emails regarding return and replacement. Have now raised a claim with PayPal. Looks like this experience is their pattern for scam trading.
Delivery was very slow. Customer service is non-existent. Have emailed 3 times to gain authorisation for a return and had no response. The phone numbers on the website don’t work.
I write this in desperation! I have tried numerous times to contact Slumbora, both in the States and UK. A company which has a great product, but terrible customer service. They simply ignore my emails, their phone numbers don’t exist and I’m stuck with a garment which they mistakenly sent me in the wrong size and which doesn’t fit. Lina, the CEO and founder should worry.
