Vagabond was founded in the late 60’s and originally only produced men’s shoes. So much has happened since. In the 80’s Vagabond’s young entrepreneurs-to-be fell in love with the brand and were entrusted with its transformation. In the beginning the design office was located in Portugal and in Italy, close to the world’s best knowledge of shoemaking. In 1993 Vagabond moves back to Varberg, Sweden, to set up a full workshop for prototypes, most likely one of its kind in Northern Europe.

The shoes I ordered are flawless (although they didn't fit well due to my deformated feet, but that's not the shoes' fault), as is the packiging. As for the administraton, everything is impeccable. The help desk is very efficient, patient and helpful.

The sneakers arrived quickly and exactly as described. The overall build quality feels solid—materials are well finished, and nothing looks or feels cheap. They’re comfortable right out of the box, with good cushioning and support, which makes them suitable for longer walks as well as everyday use.
Sizing runs slightly small, so going up half a size was the right decision in my case. The exchange process was handled smoothly, and the refund for the returned pair was processed without issues. Communication with customer support was clear and efficient throughout.

Faulty buckle - quick exchange
The buckle on one of my shoes was faulty but I didn't realise this until after the return period as I only wore the shoes outside for the first time a month after purchasing. However, Emma on the chatbox was incredibly helpful and issued me an exchange immediately. Great service.
