Very nice product and it works very well. The auto-opening feature looks impressive in the kitchen. Good packaging and instructions etc.

Incredible customer service. I sent them an email looking to buy a replacement vacuum adapter. I received a reply in less than 10 minutes. Know that I sent the email around 9:30 pm PST. They are going to send me one free of charge. Awesome!! We love our Vacuvitas. We have two. One for the kitchen and one in my room to keep my vast variety of snack nuts fresh.

Wonderful product sleek modern and versatile. Many colors to choose from for any kitchen, customer service is above and beyond helpful!! I will be telling everyone about this product!

After waiting for a good few years after backing this project, I can honestly say the final product is fantastic. The main unit is perfect for storing bread items and my coffe beans. The storage units work well, I’ve had some teething problems with getting the vacuum to work. I love the vacuum bags as they are perfect for Sous Vid which I do a lot of. Only problem is that you can’t order new bags or containers if you live outside the US and Canada. As I would appreciate being able to order new vacuum bags and perhaps containers, and also maybe buying the system as a present.

1 issue:
there is no memory for: in case of turn off pump and power down Vacuvita - when power restored, pump is turned on automatically
2 issue:
in case of pump is turned off - and you need to operate with external box - put the vacuum cord and its- never stops - pump may work more than 5 minutes - need manually turn off
3 issue:
if put bread - there is leak of vacuum - on inner ribbon has condensed the water drops!!!!!

overall:
for external boxes - quality is good!
but there is issues due of that i'm failed to use base Vacuvita!!!

Just three words: Really cool product!

I have been waiting for some time as a backer before I received the vacuvita. I bought the homebase, the bags and the complete container package.
The homebase is a beautiful piece of design. We use it often to store vegetables and bread. The containers are of good quality. We use it to store leftovers. The bags are very nice as well. It took some time to get the trick, but when you know it, it works very good.
This is really value for money. I can recommend it very much.
Why 4 stars? In our homebase there is no dishwasher box as described in the manual. This would come in very handy.

I truly love the system, but I wish the bags had more room for opening them. The short edges are difficult to separate.

The Vacuvita is a great product. Its design perfectly fits my style, the build feels solid like good quality and it is very easy to use. I am not using it to its fullest potential, but I really notice the difference in the preservation of food.
