Super quick, & thorough, response helped resolve my issues ASAP.

I’ve had my Vacuvita system for 2 years now and use it almost daily.
One day my unit stopped working. I contacted cutomer service to see what I should do. I didn’t want to be without it. I received a reply back
Within hours. They were nice and gave me a couple of suggestions to
Try to resolve my issue.

In the mean time; I had watched a couple videos on caring for your unit
And ended up solving my issues myself and my unit is working fine now.
I can highly recommend the product and thier customer service for
Replying so quickly and wanting to help me resolve my issues.

I was one of the early purchasers of this product --after 2 years there was a malfunction--I contacted the company and they were very responsive--after describing the problem they sent me a new redesigned easily installed seal and that totally fixed this very durable product--it seems they are continuing to tweak any problems

Essentially, Vacuvita stole our money. My wife bought a range of their products for me as a birthday gift when they were in the fund raising stage, and five years later the product has never been delivered. I would not trust this company at all.

After about a month of use, bread placed in the homebase would become moldy after 3 days. Happened to multiple loaves before I gave up and trashed the unit.

The customer support helped me the solve all my system's problem with patient, I really like it.

I love my Vacuvita. Works well and has a great design. Customer Service is excellent too!

It's been 5 years since contributing to the crowd funding to finally getting the product but I'm happy to have finally got it and am looking forward to using for a long time. I haven't had much time to play with it but it looks great and seems to work well so I'm going to be using it everyday from now on. .

I just love it. The general appearance of the product is beautiful, but I appreciate what the product is going to save me in food.
I have not been able to use the product enough to pass any judgement.

The Vacuvita systems works as advertised and I love it! It keeps my food much fresher longer than even I expected. I find it a bit tricky to use the adapter for use with the vacuum bags but find it a minor inconvenience. It's also difficult to see through the windows in the containers but an easy fix by using reusable chalkboard stickers. Overall well worth the money and would recommend.

I needed a single part for a system I bought at a thrift store and the company sent it to me without cost. My offer to pay was rejected.
