Totally irresponsible company for the services they provide. Avoid them! The qr code provided with COVID-19 PCR test has not worked, and they don't accept to even refund, though it had cost me much more to fix the problem.

Horrible customer service. While the test worked fine, bad communication with the personnel in the test center led me to pay for 1 test twice. They promised I would get a refund if I reached out to the support email. They essentially just flat out responded to my email saying they would not give me a refund and would keep my money and ignored all of my follow up emails. Disgraceful.

Very unprofessional. It took them 103 hours to process my PCR test at which point it is completely useless.

If you need a PCR test for something important, like travel, go somewhere else.

If you need a test for a flight then you need confidence in a speedy service with no problems. Thats not what you will receive here. The telephone line contact was not working due to 'technical difficulties'. So you can only contact them via email. If you have to have the test within 48 hours and no result is sent to you, there is little opportunity to get answers. Poor!

I understand that this is not entirely the fault of this company, but they must control the order in the queue for passing the test! People crowd around the door like rams and don't even wear masks. If there is someone sick, then they infected everyone, and since the test will not immediately show this, these morons will carry the virus to all other countries!

This organisation is a total scam. Almost lost my flights due to them... I scheduled a PCR test with them on a friday at 15 pm. No one was there and nobody openend. Also impossible to reach their customer service or to reach them by e-mail... When I went to another test station nearby from another company, they informed me that I was not the only one getting scammed (many people either never receive a test result or they simply just don't open the door when you show up for an appointment).

I needed a negative test to travel from Sweden to Denmark where I live. I payed 500 kr to get a test from Vaccina at Arlanda Airport, and not only did the test show a false positive result (I tested negative only 2 hours after, because the doctor suspected a false positive result, since I have already had Covid), I got the result 45 minutes later then the promised maximum response time, and that made me miss my flight.
I have asked for compensation and haven't even gotten an answer to my email. After giving me a late, false positive test, and over 2000 kr of extra expenses because of that! If there is a chance of a FALSE positive test, I wish they would have given me the answer in time, so that I could get another test to show that it was negative and I wouldn't have missed my flight... BAD experience and customer service!
