Very nice property and interesting house in great location 10 min. walk to center of Santa Maria.
From begining on we had good, fast und usefull cominication. All described information about house were correct. Maybe it is good to know that if you rent this house winter time you'll have to heat it with fireplace not electric heater.

Can Pati is a lovely villa close to town
Can Pati was a beautiful villa a short walk away from the main square. We didn't use all of the bedrooms, but they were all tastefully decorated with a private bathroom for each bedroom. Our favorite areas were the large tables outside where we relaxed and enjoyed breakfast, and the pool area. The mountain views were lovely and the store right across the street was convenient. We hired a private chef to come cook for us one night and he loved the well equipped kitchen. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful residence
Very nice residence, additionally very well equipped. The only minus is the access to the residence on the last section is without a paved road so watch out for the tires in the cars. I recommend warmly

Great location, good space, accommodation basic
Overall accommodation was fine, a good space and great location, close to all amenities but still quiet. Not quite as pretty as the pictures would make out but still comfortable enough. Would have been nice to have some of the basics left, such as dishcloth, soap, toilet roll, maybe even a bottle of water on arrival (we had made it clear that would be arriving in the middle of the night).

Excellent location only
Positive:
- excellent location. Very close to all restaurants and shops
- very clean and tidy
- newly renovated bathroom
Negatives:
- the top bed in bunk bed had no barrier.
- smaller bedroom had no aircon just an old fan that didn't want to work sometimes
- very bad drain from the shower. If too strong water pressure turned on you could even flood the whole floor
- enough warm water for one person

Many thanks to Vacalia, everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. Keys was ready on pleace, house was absolutely clean, dry and very comfortable. We didn´t miss anything. We use all in the house - garden, grill, kitchen, all rooms and everything was perfect. There were mosquito repellents prepared in the house too, but we didn´t have any big problem with mosquito. Neighbours was very friendly :-). Comunication with Vacalia via mail was excellent.
