Needs modernising,showers not good all 3 of them. I put an item of clothing in the downstairs bedroom in a drawer when I took it out it was covered in mould! Not happy as it was a new item and white to start with! On the plus side pool area was really good and the villa was within easy reach of beach, shops and restaurants. It was also very well equipped.

The owner was angry and rude from the outset, and made us very uncomfortable. We requested that he not return until check-out at 10am on our day of departure, but he arrived before 7am, waking us up on the final day of our holiday. He made my son so uncomfortable that we packed up and left immediately, ruining the last day of our holiday.

In addition, neither the oven nor the toaster worked, which meant quite a bit of food I had bought that required oven cooking went to waste.

There was no private parking, and parking at the cemetery opposite was often full and noisy.

I requested a partial refund and was refused. Do not recommend.

The booking process was straightforward, including the deposit payment, which was handled securely. Customer service provided prompt responses, although the communication style could be more detailed. Final arrival information was provided three days prior to the scheduled date. The holiday flat was exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and accurately represented in the provided photographs. The local contact and host were exceptionally friendly and helpful. While the accommodation was excellent, the provision of basic amenities such as salt, pepper, and a small amount of washing detergent would have enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, the experience was highly commendable.

The accommodation was lovely two bedrooms with fab a/c upstairs mezzanine was very hot during our stay as no a/c there only a unit downstairs and a plug in fab upstairs

Property is very centrally located but backs onto a builders yard so while not overly noise trucks arrived early in the morning to load up again only upstairs room affected by this

So nice when we were arriving near to midnight. The house was very good and the garbage was taken the flowers got water. We just have to relax

Great location for cycling the north of the island. Villa is quiet and you feel like you are in the countryside even though 500m from Campanet square.

We had rented a very nice house and everything went very smoothly.

Booking process was very good…communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Forca in Mallorca. We had a small issue during our stay which was promptly dealt with. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

The accommodation description is good, straight to the point, and easy to book

Correct information to be well prepared as a customer. The apartment matches the description on the website, and the photos are truthful. Well maintained, clean. On-site, we were well informed whenever there was something to report.

The apartment itself was completely consistent with the description and I have no comments on this subject. A serious problem, however, was collecting the key to the apartment - in the description of how to collect the key, there was no mention of where the key was located (there was only a note about where we should return the key). We had to go back to a gas station 20 km from where the apartment was located.

Fast communication and responsive towards problems. Info linked ro reservation could be more extensive hence the reason behind some questions which were perfectly answered by the customer service.

The view and location was great and all rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the whole apartment was very cold when we arrived. Fortunately, every room has Aircon with heating option but it takes a little while until each room has normal temperature. We didn’t have hot water in the beginning either. The „emergency line“ called us back two hours later, but luckily we could solve the problem together and had hot water the next morning. There was a camera in the hallway which we didn’t know about. It would have also been highly appreciated if we had been informed about the road construction near the apartment in advance to avoid any confusion or delays upon arrival by car. Nevertheless we still enjoyed our stay.
