Under Leonard's support and coordination, he made possible smooth the switch sim number to the new SiM AirTime Provider; he is very suitable to senior management role as he have taken his mission very serious and he understood accurately my tailored needs in regards of V4 collab vs me the customer vs value/service from the third parry/Provider expectations. I recommend V4 as Middle Men and I do not Recommend uk provider's "Customer Care/Support' that is opposite and inflicts the good faith customers and cause moral and physical damages. They are not commercial, but customer Satisfaction Focused as the main Providers should actually be and lead by example- is a big No No and raise Red Flags since they monopolise for years the market, they forget that customer awareness is not any more sind blinded but Highly Vigilent and they reflect by this behaviours that insulting the customers intelligence the same individuals that pay 24month rolling contracts and pay their wages. Leonard and the prevoius two team depertmemts thag have liase with me in the begining, I highly Recommend; V4 I recommend for integrity and expertiease, profesionalism... do not change this and If V4 wants to exceed, keep and mentain this conduct ! Best regards; hopefully I will have a long term collaboration and also opt for other products when if nedded; hopefully this new Provider will deliver .

He was very understanding, helpful & very patient with me as he had to help me reconfigure my router after the reset button was pressed. I can't thank Arpa enough for his help in resolving my issue. 👏

the engineer was very good she spoted the problems and dealt with it by updated the router

Very impressed with V4 and in particular Arpa Bhattacharya who continually kept me informed of the upgrading of my broadband and landline. He very carefully and patiently took me through everything that need to be done so that all was carried out without any problems. Very happy with the service provided.

I am not technically minded so it's a bit of a problem when I Get a new router. I had a friend set it up for me but still had no Internet. I phoned customer support this morning and spoke to a very nice patient gentleman, Arpa Bhattacharya, who sorted out the problem for me
I now have Internet up and running. Thank you Arpa so much for your help

I had a great experience with customer support regarding an issue with my Wi-Fi router. The representative, Arpa Bhattacharya, was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made sure the problem was fully resolved.
