I bought a 6kw hybrid inverter and…
I bought a 6kw hybrid inverter and battery set which worked very well for about 36 hours then stopped completely. Tried reaching out to their help lines etc but no luck, about 3 weeks now. The company who I bought the set from have also not been able to get a reply from them. Advise to stear clear of this product until they get their customer support sorted out. At the moment I have a £4.5k metal box sitting idle.
Bought 8 VTAC LED strips for my garage…
Bought 8 VTAC LED strips for my garage at the end of 2024, at the end of 2025 one had a slight fault, it became dim and started flickering. One email sent and the next day a replacement sent out. Could not fault their customer service! Thank you!

I bought a V-TAC light fitting on line and was pleased to receive the product, as described. Upon installation I found one of the LED tubes would not work in either fitting. Having e mailed their Customer Services I was very pleased with the prompt and no fuss resolution of the problem. Well done and thank you.

Replacement Light Issues
We have a lot of V-Tac lights but the one we have had for less then 6 moths, half has stopped working, the product is now discontinued and the supply is no longer stocking V-Tac lighting, tried to get help from customer service who were sending me to companies who are not stocking the replacement light and want me to buy 10 lights as they are supplied to them from V-Tac in packs of 10, customer service sent me to another company who only supply people with accounts who buy regularly but I just need to replace the broken one light, not very helpful at all. the light itself when working is very good.

4 star for the light as it stopped working after 18months, however 5 star for customer service whom replaced the item with a new one in a couple of days, very helpful and was quick with response thank you

I had an issue with my V-TAC LED controller, and even though the store I bought it from had closed down, the V-TAC team went above and beyond to help. They handled my case quickly and replaced the faulty item as a one-time courtesy.

Missing clips from Toolstation delivery
Kyla from V-Tac was extremely helpful in resolving a missing clip issue. Lights had been ordered from Toolstation but arrived missing the fixings clips on 4 of the items. A small amount of extra packaging tape would have made a big difference to survive transit through the Parcelforce network. Thank you to V-Tac for sending replacement clips. This has saved me a 90 mile round trip to Toolstation to return the items and the additional hassle of finding another set of lights. I have previously purchased V-Tac lights and I am very pleased with them.

I received my replacement light today, thank you all involved for a quick response and how it was handled, however good a product or service is things go wrong or fail that’s life it’s how they are resolved by the company’s etc that is important you have been exceptional that makes a change these days. Brilliant Customer Service
When one of their LED tube lights failed after 3 years, Customer Services replaced this. They were incredibly helpful and quick. Rarely does one find this high level of service and help. Brilliant.

Replacement under warranty
I contacted V-TAC about some downlighters which stopped within their 5 year warranty period. I received a brand new box of replacement lights literally a couple of days later. Excellent customer service!
