Such an awesome experience renting our first tent trailer! It’s now a tradition to rent one every year. We couldn’t get the fridge and stove to work but still don’t know if it was our error or theirs. The heater worked and that’s all that mattered! So nice to be able to have a heated place to sleep in May!

This is the second time I rented from Utah RV Rentals. The first time out was fantastic and everything worked. It was a great trip.
This time I rented a small bumper pull trailer. I got to my location in remote Wyoming and the water heater didn't work. I had issues with the air heater due to a battery running low which I didn't know about. Nate at Utah RV Rentals checked out the issues and refunded some money back since it was a faulty water heater. It was still a great trip just wish it was a working unit. One of the front desk workers isn't the friendliest and doesn't seem like she wants to work with the public. Overall... I'd rent from them again and hopefully next time get a working rental.

My bad review was for rv share, not Utah RV Rentals. My experience for Utah rv rentals is positive and good. Sorry for the mistake.

The rental was completed as reserved and we paid as agreed. The problem was with the equiptment. The Motorhome we rented ran great but we couldn't get the generator or oven to work the entire time we had the rental.The company didn't do anything about it and acted like they knew that the equipment wasn't working when we took it out.

They were great to work with and the trailer was clean!!

The trailer was wonderful ! The gentlemen that gave us instructions upon arrival and returning were very helpful and great to work with. They met all are needs and expectations. The young office staff that made the reservations and took the money were not the best to work with . But the rest of the staff made up for it.

They show up late, seem disorganized and equipment don’t work in some cases. It was ok but for the price, I expect a 5 star experience

We had a great camping experience with our Tent trailer! Utah RV was great to work with.

The boat we rented was dirty with chips red sand and spilled drinks. Wrong prop on boat kept beeping missing door on the back of the boat had to keep all the kids at the front of the boat so they didn't fall off speakers were blown

First time rental so not sure how they all the time. Vehicle had a bad tire had to get it replaced, was paid for by Utah RV Rental just a hassle to have to take care of ourselves. Rental was dirty and somethings were not working (broken). Check out and check in no problem people in office helpful and nice.

So far, so good during the online/phone rental purchase. Will rate 5 if the rest of the experience is as good as the start

We had a rough experience this year / a tire on the trailer blew ( pieces flying on the freeway) our door wouldn’t close right - zippers on the trailer were broken - the pull out beds didn’t work right and kept slipping out - the vent on top wouldn’t open - it was dirty when we picked it up - it seemed to us that it wasn’t really checked out or fixed after the last renters - when a family pays money to rent we feel it should work right - a bit dissatisfied this year

I am not a customer of Utah RV Rentals. I have NEVER been a customer of Utah RV Rentals. I've never been in the market for an RV. I have never even been to Utah! But some idiot customer used my email address instead of their own because they didn't want to receive Utah RV Rentals SPAM emails and they refuse to remove my email address from their system.

Absolutely loved this rental. We will rent again from them.

They were super busy when we picked up a trailer. We were a few minutes late, so they let everyone that had an appointment that wasn't late go before us. We waited 2 hours to be served. They are organized, and the camper was in good condition, except we had trouble with starting the gas to the refrigerator. I asked them to start the refrigerator. They tried but nothing worked. Eventually my husband got it to work after a few days. It didn't matter because we were staying at a friends house. It's probably worth the money to rent, and they are very responsible. However, I was disappointed about the fridge not getting started. If they had started it I would have given 5 stars.

If you are looking for a.great motor home to rent from.a.GREAT family, Goondockers is the way to go. They were so.accomodating to me and my family. Its a beautiful and very.easy to drive motorhome! They offer all items you will need to make your vacation an easy one. This was my first time renting and was quite worried at first, but Goondockers helped me to
feel calm and assured. They were very easy ro work with!! You cant go wrong with them!!

we got a good RV and had a good trip with no problems. then we handed over the RV and everything was settled and paid the required dues and we were back. That's were it all started after a few days I get a email saying that I require to pay about 26 dollars because there was less gas when we handed over. I said that every thing was checked when we handed over and the case is closed. they threatened me saying that since I had authorized them to payment from my credit card they are going to get that money. I told them that I have spoken to American express to stop any more payments from this firm. and there it ended.

Carl and his wife were great to work with. I would highly recommend renting with them. The trailer was in perfect condition and we were very satisfied.
We will rent with you again.
