These guys really know what they're doing. It's a very professionally run operation, plus they are large enough to work around unexpected circumstances. The unit I had reserved was unfortunately unavailable, but they really stepped up to truly recognize what my needs were, and supplied a replacement that worked out just as good, if not better. So I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be using them in the future as well!

This place is great! We rent from here every year. The prices are reasonable and in return we get a clean, safe RV to make fun family memories in.

Trailer worked great!

Our family rented two trailers for a multi family trip and everything went wonderful!

They was great at check out and check in. Great rates camper was really nice.

Better prices out there. Not a new vehicle as indicated; natural gas line leaked after a few days.

RV was WAY overpriced because “it was the last one available” (almost double what we’ve spent... close to $1,000 for less than a week in a travel trailer) even though we’ve rented this exact model for the last 3 years. When we got the RV, it was dirty. I had to mop the floor, because it was so gross to walk on. Many things were broken, including the doors (tough to open), the kitchen faucet, and the water hose blew on us. We had our water shut off by the KOA we were staying at, and went without water for 1/2 a day. I sent a text to the after hours crew asking if I should just go get a new one and get reimbursed. Their response... after a long wait... “See your paperwork for reimbursement guidelines.” Really? We don’t have water, it’s after hours, and you tell me to read my paperwork? I sarcastically responded, “Thanks for your help.” Their response, “No problem, anything else we can help you with?” As if. We ended up borrowing a hose from a neighbor (because while I was waiting for a response, the RV supply store closed.) To top it all off, my husband and I both let them know what happened, and we were still charged for a missing hose. When I called them, they refunded the charge... except for the tax we’d been charged, so I had to call again. Not a great experience this time around. Too bad too, because we’ve rented with them for years. I feel we got taken to the cleaners as far as rental price, and then treated like we’d gotten the RV for free for the week. Don’t think we’ll be back here.

Very bad Traders don't work at all water leaks pump runs all the time for poor maintenance on these unit

We have used Utah RV for years. I grew up camping ever summer in one of their rentals. My parents and I immediately went to Utah RV based on are past experiences. However, this last experience was opposite of our past rentals. This used to be a small family business and is now much larger with more staff and the growth has seemed to lower the quality of services. Our trailer only had 3 stablizers, bad wiring for the lights, a flat spear, and in general was an unkept trailer. We will not be using Utah RV as their quality has dropped as the original owners have retired.

When I have to ask repeatedly for some sort of reimbursement for the refrigerator that wouldn’t light even after the son of the owner tried to help me over the phone and admitted that there was something wrong with the unit but said, “there’s nothing I can do”..... I’m practical - I realize that things happen but you can and should have offered to reduce my bill - not having a refrigerator is sort of a big deal - I should t have to waste time calling over and over again to beg for a small discount .... also when you tell me not to use the trailer brakes because “I don’t need them - my truck brakes are enough...” hey - listen up - SCREW YOU!

There was a really nice worker there but the son of the operation was not only bothered to have to help me he ducked my calls and gave me dangerous advice.

The girl at the front desk had a bad attitude when I showed her the letter from my insurance company on my phone - very unhelpful and confrontational.

I tell everyone not to rent from you guys.
