Good clean secure storage unit with excellent access hours.
Only downside is that it has become rather expensive following a recent substantial price increase.
Happy to recommend it though for short term storage.

Using U Store It was a pleasure. At a very stressful and difficult time they made it easy for me to store my precious things until I had found my new home. My interactions on the phone with staff from the start were pleasant and helpful. The overall cost was competitive and it was a huge relief to know that my things were kept safe and secure until needed.

We used Ustore it Ballymount when we needed to move out due to pyrite remediation works on our home. From the very first day we went down to look at the different units Daniel was brilliant. It was no problem on our move in day moving up to a bigger unit as that was needed. Daniel went through the whole entry and exit process so everything was clear. I would 100% recommend Ustore it and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for making the whole process easy.

I recently called in to UStoreIt in Little Island, Cork, to enquire about storage options, as we may need their services in the coming months when moving house. I spoke with Rachel, the Store Manager, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly, was very professional, and came across as genuinely kind and helpful. It’s rare to get such a positive experience when making initial enquiries, and Rachel made what could have been a stressful task feel simple and straightforward. Excellent customer service. I never had any issues with staff, ( We used the storage area for almost 2 years), everyone is so friendly & accommodating, also reliable. Clean, spacious storage area and I can easily gain access by phoning them whenever I need to.

We were renovating our house and needed somewhere at short notice to store our kitchen white goods and loads of boxes. The staff at U Store It were really helpful in showing us the different size units and sorting us out.

Access was easy and the place was well lit at night time. They have a variety of packing materials to purchase at reception.

Tips: Get a slightly bigger storage unit than you had intended, because you'll need room to move around when you add stuff along the way! Also you'll need to let them know if you intent to visit late at night outside business hours, so your access code can get you in.

The facility and storage unit was well managed, clean, and the staff were professional and very helpful. I'd have no hesitation recommending it.

Far too expensive.

I used it under Barons. My first storage locker in 2019 was (if i remember correctly) 58 euro. It is now over 100 euro for the same locker. in 12 months it's over 1200 euro. I can build a bigger better shed in my garden for that price.

Also unfortunate that I swapped lockers, meaning I was charged double for insurance, and was promised a refund. This was never refunded. Just poor form.

Such a shame, the staff are sound and the place is clean. The trolleys are all a bit old some are a bit rickety to use. But it's a good place. But the price is a killer.

I left about 11 boxes in the storage in Ballymount for a couple of months and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place is super safe but at the same time easy to access, and also close to a bus route from Dublin City centre. The team is kind, they explained everything and were always at hand to help out. They helped me find the perfect solution for my needs. I definitely recommend!

Staff from the start were very helpful. Fully explained the access process and showed me the lock up facilities. They also explained that there was bigger or smaller lock ups if required for extra space. They gave me tips on how to maximise the space when loading my belongings into the space. Having this facility made moving house a lot less stressful.
