So far I have no complaints..I just…

So far I have no complaints..I just don't want to worry about my storage being broken into that's because that all I have of my stuff to move on with and I would hate if that happens leaving where I came from because there were a lot of storages at extra space storage that had been broken into in ONE NIGHT..SMH

I had an EXCELLENT customer experience…

I had an EXCELLENT customer experience with property mananger Shanise Burleson! She is very knowledgeable about US Storage Centers policy and was able to answer any question that I had. She is consistent in her interactions with customers as i observed her assisting other customers and she is kind, patient, and most importantly responsive and reliable. I hope to do business over the long term with US Storage Centers.

Completely unprofessional

Completely unprofessional. The one time I actually needed to use the storage after having it for about 3 years, I couldn’t get access. The employees have been lazy and unhelpful in this last year of occupying this space. We really didn’t have any issues until it took 4 months and 5 employees to finally get my number updated. Then someone’s payment got misapplied to my account and I IMPLORED them to research it but “once the books are shut nothing can be done.” and when they fixed THEIR error put my account behind and sent auction letters to me. Then when I made a payment via their phone system they had issues that took almost 2 weeks to resolve but they expected another payment when I had sent confirmation it was made but I was denied access and had a whole uhaul
Outside only to find out the employee could’ve given a temporary password to gain access so I had to get drop off a full uhaul
At another location (extra cost of course). This is the worst experience I have had and they drag their feet trying to get issues resolved. Highly do not recommend.

They’ll double your price after you’re stuck there!

Nasty facility and after the promo period, they jacked the price up more than DOUBLE, knowing how inconvenient it would be for us to move everything to a more trustworthy storage business.

Great staff! Signup was nice - except corporate greed.

The sign up process online was fairly straight forward. Bought a lock during signup. Found out that the lock was 25% more online vs in office. No option given to know and select or return. Apparently this is a decision by corporate.
The people in the office was great! Friendly and service minded. Corporate not so much.
