I would like to say that there is people that work for this company that shouldn't work in the positions the have got. very unhappy of services if I had another place to move to I would of done it a long time ago .... there insurance they make you get is crap its lies they do not honor shit garbage

Yvette and Filbert provided exceptional customer service, even though they were preparing to close when I arrived. They thoroughly explained the contract, informed me about the lock, demonstrated how to use the lock, and showed me my unit. When I felt the unit was too small, they promptly showed me another one, which was the next size up, and it was perfect. They were very communicative and made me feel at ease. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service, as it is rare to find such dedication these days.

Simple web interface to reserve unit. Property agent (AJ) was pleasant and thorough onsite. Very good experience to proceed rapidly to getting our items stored in the new unit. Facility appears very neatly laid out and clean. Requirements to rent as expected with no surprises.

I rented an available unit that was not ready and the previous tenant left trash behind. Property management moved us to a unit right next door with auto oil on the floor (it did not get cleaned because she said she did not know we were renting the unit and did not have time to clean). Fast forward there is now an accounting issue and I am told I owe an additional $102 with the unit transfer but it's the exact same size of unit I secured through this website.

Shaniece (Office mgr.) was extremely helpful and patient with me. She explained everything thoroughly. I made last minute changes when I discovered I needed a bigger unit. It was late and certain she was supposed to be off work but kept her smile and sweet personality in spite of the situation. Thank you for all your help & time. You made my nightmare of a move worth it!

Clean storage, great prices, awesome staff!

I’m new but love the fact the hours are good and this phone app system also works really well and it’s easy. No need to look for keys or keys getting lists anymore.So far it’s been an amazing experience!!

Experience from staff was great. They were nice and informative. Help me finish my rental process even when I got there close to closing time. Facility is clean and quiet and never busy. Love the parking spaces.

Competent and professional staff, clean unit

manager was very helpful either for payments from switzerland or to organize a mobil repair bescause our motor battery was dead and had to be replaced before we could leave the storage.

Porsche was a delight to work with and represented your company with excellence.

After I set up online I got a phone call saying they won't rent to me and could provide no explanation why and I still haven't been refunded my noney

Horrible Experience….unprofessional customer service

The process of getting into a storage was speedy and try the prices are fair.

I like how they helped everything I had to go back in this morning to ask about auto pay and they helped me with that request. They are great workers up there.
