Best choice is not to buy for them, I got one , completely different than I ordered, wanted blue eyes , got hazel wanted hair on vagina, it's bare, wanted a white girl got tan Hair completely different, then add the less than smart service person! buyer beware.

Its says 24 hour shipping and 1 to 4 days delivery. You will get the tracking # when it ships. Its been 3 days and no shipping #. Ive sent 2 e mails and no response. I'll call pay pal and get them to reverse the charges. They had no problem taken my money but they ack like they dont want to send the product

Email constantly paid for product never received anything almost 200 opening complaint with pay pal never got a tracking number or a refund total bs I want my money or my product!!@!!@

Just so everyone can see this...after nearlly 2weeks of constant emails to this company about my order and them telling me the same thing over and over i still dont have my parcel they keep telling me dont worry u will receive your parcel and the tracking will update.the tracking as been the same since the 5th of October...ive opened a case with paypal to get my money back...so if anyone is going to order from this company i wouldnt i would look elsewhere...worst company ever bearing in mind that there website says 1-4days delivered and i made that order on the 29th of September ive notice they tell people the same thing sorry for the delay we have had few days holiday its all lies..DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM USSEXTOYS..

Order a doll on the 11th of September got a recipe they say ship within 24 hours of payment still haven't got a tracking number won't answer my emails I think I have been ripped off will update every day until I get doll or money

Paid $500 for toys received no email or confirmation or any receipt from PayPal. Don’t trust this company. Terrible customer service they won’t respond to a single email. They just took my money and I received no product

The doll did eventually arrive and rather quickly. Although she was a bit thinner than I expected, she was all there and beautiful. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I’m the very beginning, I believed I was getting scammed as I had heard nothing from the company after making my order.
It took 3 days of emailing and finally filing a report through PayPal before they finally responded. They immediately gave me a tracking number through UPS and I waited 5 agonizing days until it finally arrived. The quality is amazing, but getting her maneuvered into various positions was a little difficult as I didn’t want to accidentally tear the tender skin. All in all, she is definitely worth the $759 I paid for her and will get high usage through the next few years. You can trust this company to send you what you order.

I bought a $500 machine. The cored was broken. They replaced the cored.... so when I finally got to plug it in and try it out, the machine itself is broken too! I was so displeased I asked to return it. They ignored me and send me more parts. I’m not a handyman... I don’t know how to fix this! I just want a refund

I was very worried after i spent $400 on this companies site because of the negative reviews. I can now say that I am very pleased and received exactly what I had expected and the item shipped from China to my address in about 5 days.

Ordered a few items ten days ago now. Neither item has been shipped and I have yet to be provided a tracking number from them.

Excuses like “sorry we are on holiday” or “we are backed up” are emailed to me constantly as reasons that my items have not shown up. I have been told several times that it will ship and I’ll have a tracking number the next day. The next day arrives and no info will have been provided and the status is still on “awaiting shipping”. This reminds me of a different scam company called Jessky Machine, quite a lot of similarities.

Do not buy from this company or website. They will steal your money and you will not get what you ordered.
