Just started a trial of cell service…

Just started a trial of cell service with US Mobile. Generally going very well. Support via chat is the best I have ever seen on any service. In particular, Hassan Khalid gave me a bit of a walk through of how to set up By the Gig pools and pointed me at excellent documentation.

Unlike some previous cell providers, the administrative interfaces do everything I need in clear and convenient ways.

The best phone service provider I've ever had!

I've been really happy with my service since switching! I've had USMobile just over a year now. I have good signal everywhere I go, the hotspot is fantastic! I used my phone while travelling internationally and was SO HAPPY with the international coverage as well! My husband has an international plan through TMobile and my service was better everywhere we went PLUS I have more data, minutes, etc for less money! I have also had several interactions with customer service to make changes to my plan, to "snooze" and un-snooze my daughter's phone plan (another super excellent feature/option!) and have always found them to be so helpful and they have resolved all my issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall 10/10 would recommend. I have gotten my parents to switch and my husband is next!

Great service 👍

USMobile offers a great cellular and data service at very competitive rates. The setup is quite straightforward and their support team is very helpful. It has very affordable travel eSIM options for using the service outside the US as well. I had a great experience with one of their support representatives, Abbas Jatoi in resolving a minor issue once while traveling 👍👍

Dilegence

Happy to report that even with the yearly prepaid Light plan US Mobile provides diligent customer service. We have been customers for several years and while the customer service has usually been solid, the latest network service issue that popped up on my iPhone 12 in May 2026 took serious troubleshooting. Two different customer service representatives spent several hours on chat patiently trying every configuration possible and walking me through to restore SMS and iMessage when there was no clear reason for why Messages stopped working.

Great Porting Experience

Great Porting Experience: It's been 5 years since I switched carriers and I can vouch for the fact that the procedures have improved vastly between carriers in terms of flow-through porting accuracy and response times. I had a simply flawless porting experience with US Mobile (from Visible) with my service provided via their WARP plan (Verizon backbone). I read the introduction on how the porting process flow was built (although to be safe I did google a couple of questions just to be sure I understood what some of their terms meant and I did guess right). I gathered up all my data from Visible first and got all my questions for US Mobile also written up prior to starting the port-out/port-in processes would work. That really made the experience as smooth as glass. I'm VERY happy -- especially with the incredible web app response time while on the carrier's network!

Service is great, until you have a problem

Service is in a holding pattern. Chatted again with a “specialist” who gave me the same boilerplate “your case has been escalated and we should get you going very soon” response that I’ve received via email for the last 3 days. The chat was 20 minutes that I’ll again never get back, on top of the 2 hours spent this weekend on this matter. Do not recommend this company.

US Mobile Saved Me Money On My Europe Trip

My assigned customer service agent via online chat helped get my cell phone plan setup for my upcoming trip to Europe. He saved me a lot of time and money. He was kind, concise, and very accommodating. He went through all of my options and never pressured me to buy anything. I highly recommend him and give him 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you so much!

I had a support call with a tech named "Saad". He was absolutely incredible...stayed on the chat line with me for over 90 minutes, and we got everything working on an embarrasingly old iPhone SE (Gen1) running iOS 15.8.8. We hit some snags, and he stuck with it and we ended up getting a fully-working phone in a pinch (I needed it before I left for a trip). Unbelievable customer service experience, and this is actually pretty normal for the experiences I've had with US Mobile in the past.
