Reprogrammed phone to work.n
I had an Att sim card with this company and it never worked properly, if at all when overseas. US Mobile exchanged it for a Verizon based SIM card that did not work at all on my phone I was about to give less than one star, but SAAD helped me reprogram my phone and change the APN. Now my phone works great in the United States. I haven't had a chance to check it overseas yet, but I've talked to 4 or 5 different reps, none of them knew what to do. They kept just sending more SIM card. None of them worked until 1 day when Saad was able to understand the problem, we reprogrammed, the phone settings and got everything working. This is a difference in customer service when someone listens to the customer. Has the knowledge to fix the problem versus just blow off the customer, then off to the next customer to not help.

They have excellent discounts on cellular phone plans and since they share space on major network carrier towers, I always have good signal as well. Plus their customer service is top notch, patient friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to help you out. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to have reliable cell phone service.

Hamza from support was extremely helpful, stayed with me while I fixed up multiple issues including a line transfer from AT&T, moving a line to Warp, and helping me re-do my watch plan.
I came for the price and stayed for the support. The quickness in which you get connected to a COMPETENT HUMAN with US Mobile support is amazing, and every carrier in the US needs to do the same.

The customer service was great; I just signed up with US Mobile today and while the process of getting the e-Sim to work with the QR code, the agent, Ahmed Dervaish was most helpful and patient. I don't consider myself tech savvy but he remained connected until we made sure everything worked. Seemed very kind and friendly.

Shamail helped me today, and all I can say is that this was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I was experiencing several technical difficulties (it seems like it all happened today), so it took about an hour or longer to resolve everything. Shamail stuck it through with me the entire time and we eventually were able to resolve the issue. I’m definitely 100% satisfied! Thank you for the wonderful experience Shamail!

Great experience with transferring a family member from a different carrier to US Mobile. It took a long time but Faizan was professional, helpful, and patient. He never left us behind even with call disconnections, and my dad’s service is working, plus a follow up call to check on a possible slow data issue. Faizan’s approach is the reason we could complete the process and get through the tech issues to switch my dad to US mobile. Exceptional.
Having great customer service like this will keep me as a customer with US Mobile.

This people were the worst
This people were the worst. I was in Europe and after talking to them they just took my info and tried to port my number. Well, Verizon immediately canceled my account and US Mobile didnt activate an account for me. They they said Im sorry, you are not in US and that is why we cant activate anything for you. I currently in Europe with no phone service and no way to call Verizon to restore my service with them because they will only do it by phone call. Now i need to pay again for a new account with Verizon whenever im able to call to America. US Mobile told me , sorry for that mistake and we wont take responsibility of anything else. Ah, by the way we wont refund you until you port out your number from us now to another carrier ( the number is not active any way and I cant use ). So they have my number trapped in their system , and wont activate it because IM not in USA and wont refund me. I am in Europe and have no phone services, no number that i cant use because i cant call any one and they have my $299 also and wont refund me. The only thing they has done is say “ sorry” . This is my opinion in experience with them. Stay out of this people.
