missing title info
There is a lien filed on this property and it did not come up in the report. It said click here to see the title report and it didn't show anything after that. The history and stats were helpful, as up to date to their knowledge I assume, although I know information is missing on this property. Only cause I live there.

125 & 132 Dam Rd, Porter, ME 04068 are both on one deed.
This address 132 Dam Rd has 2 barns on it. It is on the other side of the road from the main house which is 125 Dam Rd. These are both on one deed, however, they are on separate tax maps with the town. I am the owner of both. Pauline Hamlin has passed away leaving me the property.
I was actually surprised to see you had either one here or to have almost all the information correct.
