Very Satisfied grandfather
I am beginning to help my daughter and my granddaughter look for homes in different areas. I put in the address, paid my $1 and requested the report. After several minutes, the report came back and said that address was not in the data base. I started to chalk my $1 investment up to a failed investment. Then, on a whim, I decided to put in my current home address. Fairly quickly a very accurate and detailed report came back. After reviewing this report I determined that the report contained exactly the kind of information I will need in my search for them a home. The additional real estate guides and checklists were a great bonus that I didn't expect. Lesson learned, make sure you put in the correct address and you will get the information you need in your search. Great service at a great price.

there was no information given to me on the title of the property. I could have use the legal description which you did not give me. No information on the mortgage or lien holder
I was looking for title information and mortgage information which I did not receive. The only information that I received that I could use was the owners name and value of what the county assessor thinks it is worth. So this report had almost no value to me.
