I think this is a great site and wondering why some people have rated it so low. Tasks general pay fairly well, some pay is very good. I've only not given 5 stars as there is not always a great deal o... See more

I like to be asked my opinion about many different topics, thinking that, if heard, I can help shape experiences of people for the better as they interact with various facets of connected life.
I really appreciate the time-based compensation model, as it ensures that the pay is directly proportional to the effort invested. Furthermore, the transparency regarding estimated task duration is incredibly helpful for my workflow and planning.
Awful testing site with terrible communications. Avoid at all costs.
You only get paid for completing tasks and half the time their website goes down when you’re in the middle of a test so you do 10 minutes of a test and you get zero dollars because it didn’t complete. It’s a waste of time because their website is bad.
I have gotten my first payout of $48 today. If you deligently work hard it and give the required answers to the surveys, you always get a payout
This site is a scam, don't waste your time. I was due less than $20 and they didn't pay me, claiming I used AI. On top of all that, they banned me. I completed 13 tests throughout the entire period, my rating is 4, and I always completed all the tests correctly because I work in a field where I usually create tests and send them to users, so I know exactly how I would like to receive the results. I lost my account, wasted a lot of time helping others, and so far I haven't received any help.
They hold your payment just to tell you the answers don't qualify. But in the meantime they keep sending you tasks.
Banned after nearly 100 tests and a 4.7 score. No feedback for why other than my responses did not meet quality guidelines. How can this benefit when my score / test ratio is what it is and have never had an issue before….
UserCrowd Research app is a super quick paid survey platform, pays typically between .40- $1.50 (surveys completed on your Android) maybe a bit more per quick 3-4 questions has been my experience.
*If you use a laptop or computer you'll receive surveys that are only for laptop/computer & those pay more, I've seen a few offers $4.00 or more for just a couple of quick questions. * I've been offered several surveys that were (2) part surveys, first part 3-4 ques on Android then offer to switch to a laptop/computer for second part with higher monetary value.
I downloaded User crowd Research 7 wks ago & since I've cashed out to my PayPal 2x & today I requested my 3rd cash out of $10.00, waiting for it to clear into my PayPal.
Your able to cash out at $10.00.
Payments took less than 2 hrs to show in PayPal. Once you set your payment option & request the 1st time, ea time after you just request payment once you've reached $10.00 & it sends it ASAP, wait about 2 hrs or less & it'll appear in your PayPal without a glich!
Once you download & fill out info needed, UserCrowd will alert you when a survey is available, make sure your notifications are on! (((Surveys go quickly)))!
*There aren't readily available surveys on the platform, UserCrowd will send you notifications when a survey is available, jump on it!!
I've gotten typically 3-4 quick surveys per day.
UserCrowd Research is one of only very few paid survey platforms I use. It's actually maybe my favorite paid survey platform at the moment 😜 🤫🤑
If your looking for fun, super quick, descent paying paid survey platform this is definitely that platform! 💯 **I've cashed out $10 (3) times within (3) weeks definitely legitimate fun super quick rewarding survey platform.
I did a lot of test and got to the minimum payout which I then request and I received a mail that I didn’t reach standard of been a tester that my feedback is not good after then I received another mail to verify my account which I wasn’t told I will verify before. This is really bad after spending weeks to reach the minimum payout then I wasn’t paid.
What a waste of time, the surveys start off well, but then, very few and far between.
They email you with a new survey at 1050am, I use the link to do the survey at 1051am, the message you get is, So sorry! This test is no longer available. And this happens VERY often,
If you do manage to get a survey that's active, all the tests have an eligibility test, 9 times out of 10, you don't meet their criteria, yet they sent you the survey to do, and your rewards are pennies for not being accepted, and very little above that for completing a survey.
A waste of time, and the rewards are pathetic.
Loads of other survey sites out there, where you don't have eligibility tests, and the rewards are far higher.
And if Usercrowd bother replying to this, no I wont contact you privately, what I have to say or answer can be on here, in public.
I've been using UserCrowd as a tester for several years. I have sent them this feedback that I will write down here 6 months ago and all I got was a response appreciating the feedback and that they will look into it. Six months later, still no sign of any improvement on their site regarding my feedback. So I decided to make the feedback more public with a rating for them!
As a tester, we get rated for each test and there is a cumulative rating of testers out of 5 stars. But there is no transparency for the tester to see which tests they got rated low, and why. In fact, you don't even know if you have been rated low for a test unless you see a change in your overall score. If you are doing hundreds of tests, you simply cannot figure out which test rated you low and why! Other platforms don't have this issue. Cloud Connect, usertesting.com and many other platforms show you clearly which tests rated you low and why. That way you can improve yourself, or appeal it if you disagree. Besides, those platforms also calculate your rating such that if you get positive ratings more and more, your negative ratings are dropped. Whereas with usercrowd, it stays! Because of these reasons, I think UserCrowd is a mediocre platform compared to its competitors.
Moreover, they have faulty systems where they claim you used AI in survey, which is simply not true.

They let me do 15 tests and when I almost reached the payable amount they told me I failed their starters test and they didn't approve my account.
" Your account has not been approved
Unfortunately, your practice test response didn't meet our response quality standards so your account has not been approved and is not eligible for real tests".
I asked them to redo the test and
they said the following:
"Unfortunately, we cannot reopen your practice test for you to improve your response. Once a practice test is rejected, there are no second chances to retake the same test, and this policy ensures fairness for all participants.
Since your practice test was not approved, your responses were deemed ineligible, which means you won't be able to participate on our platform. You don't need to register again, but please note that creating multiple accounts is against our terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being banned."
Over 4 years I have undertaken more than 600 surveys/tasks with UserCrowd and earned just over $500. Sometimes they can be slow payers, but I've never been short changed or told my responses were unsuitable for payment. Its a safe side hustle, but the rewards are low with many tasks earning just $0.40. Minimum cash out is $10 so don't expect to get rich quick!
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have been a member of UserCrowd for months now and I have to say, I do not have anything negative to say. The main purpose of the site is to contribute, and the end result is to collect. You participate, and you get paid. Some tasks might be smaller than others and some of the payouts be smaller too, but it is money that you didn't have before, and the payout process is quick and easy; only positive things to say.
I get asked to take part in studies every week. Its easy and straight forward. The amounts add up quickly. I love seeing the different brands that I'm giving feedback to.
If you dont take the test your given quickly you get paid. $10 min cashout and the you have to wait 30 days for it. What a joke. Most of tests are only .$20 cents to a $1.00 dollar but you have a chance every so offen to make more. Only if you have the answers that they want. If you dont fell like waiting for 30 days for your money, and dont mind super small paying tasks. Then this is your passive income is for you.
I wish there was something worse than a 1 star rating to describe how fraudulent this platform is. After completing almost 1000 tests, I was banned for "misrepresenting my location with the use of a VPN" which was very absurd because I don't use any. I requested a payout of $22 which took almost two weeks and did tests worth almost $15 during the waiting period just to see a review failed on my account. I contacted support and Chris Henderson told me I had been banned. Never for once did my tester rating drop when they used the 100 scale and the 5 star scale. Warning anyone who can see this about the absolute garbage the research panel has become. Absolute waste of time and effort!
Waste of time in this platform, I'm an existing user and I'm stuck in a place where I can't verify my Phone Number, it does not provide service at best, so no need to come to such platform, I feel very disappointed from past two years
