We received awesome service from U-Save…

We received awesome service from U-Save car rental, which is located directly across the street from the Orange County Airport (SNA). Amir picked us up at the airport and we were in our rental within 15 minutes. Also, we received a complimentary upgrade! Special Thanks to Amir for his wonderful personal service to and from the airport! We'll be renting from this particular agency every time we fly back to Orange County!

The rental car itself was great

The rental car itself was great, and I was happy with the vehicle. However, I wish the customer service experience had been a little friendlier. When I asked questions about certain charges on the bill, the staff seemed reluctant to explain them and didn’t appear happy to answer my questions. As a customer, I believe it’s reasonable to want to understand what I’m being charged for. I would appreciate a more welcoming and patient approach when answering customer questions, as it would make the overall rental experience much better.
