I don't like that everything in the store is always sold out or pre-order. It's really hard to find anything and most people recommend me to go to other places like Alliexpress. I wish there were more items avaiable. Last sale I couldnt get anything because smart people bought them before the sale started.

I've ordered from USA Gundam Store several times now. Each time, the experience was superb. The site is super easy to use and to find exactly what I want. Shipping is fast and reasonably-priced and communications are clear. Highly recommended.

I've bought from USA Gundams many many times and they are very reliable as all of my normal orders arrive within a week and a half of the order date and all of my pre-orders arrived within the predicted time and the boxes are always in great shape as well, never any major damage to them. The little stickers thrown in with your orders are nice as well

Shipping was fast no damage. Items in the subscription as far as the random accessories we repeat of some stuff. If the decals and accessory pieces more matched the model set be a bit better. i say that only cause I've gotten multiple sets of 1/100th scale with 1/144 model kind of thing.
