I do understand your concern that you have not received a charging wire for the Xbox 360 Slim controller, however, since it is a wireless controller, a charging cable is not provided along with the product.

Any generic charging cable would suffice in charging the respective controller.

Lack of shipping options.

I got my product but it took longer than what would be satisfactory for something so expensive. I also would’ve loved the option to buy faster shipping or pick up instore as it was available nearby. Regardless, i got my laptop in the condition specified and couldn’t be happier with it.

Excellent Customer Service

Customer service resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Item arrived and did not fit item page's description (which had no picture and was vague) and I emailed customer support. They emailed me a prepaid label along with instructions on how to send back the product. I received a full refund with no hassle. Would recommend

generally has great prices, but amiibo in poor condition

generally has great prices, but the used amiibo i ordered had a lot of marks on them. they said i could take them into the store for a refund, but that's kind of a pain. would be much easier if i could just ship them back.

Highly Recommended

CEX is a great company with great prices and staff. The management team who runs it really looks after those who make purchases. A order i placed got a little mixed up and the people from the company emailed me and sent me the right order and took pictures to make sure it was correct, apologized and Shipped FAST. Long story short i would buy from them ALL the time, they really went above and beyond for me on my orders. I HIGHLY recommend CEX to all buyers. Thank You CEX!!!!

Not reliable

I bought two ghraphics cards and they lost both of them. Grately delaying my prosses in building a computer.

Bad Company, Sent a fake watch band … Won’t Give My Money Back

Look, I know your job is to make this look like it’s all my fault and you’ve been trying to help me but let’s cut to the chase. The first time I tried to order you canceled it because the product was fake, at least that’s the excuse you used in your message to me. So I was fine using the first voucher to try again.

The second time around the order was fulfilled but it was the wrong color of band and more importantly it was a fake. Where is your quality control?

Btw, I explicitly mentioned in my letter that I included with the returned band that I wanted my money back but you sent me a voucher. This is very suspect behavior on your part. Just give me my money back.

The sent me a fake apple watch milanese loop band. It was so easy to spot that they should be ashamed.

Follow up, they refuse to give me my money back, instead they have sent a voucher to use that their store. In no way would I ever shop here again. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
