OVHcloud runs a solid datacenter. Run 4-6 servers at any given time with them. I had a glitch when ordering a server, price came up wrong in the cart. Opened a support ticket and had my server delivered the next day. It happens. Their support is great.
I needed a hard drive at my other DC. Due to crap forecasting they told me it would take three weeks. Five weeks later their "CTO" told me it was "not beneficial for them in any way to ship one drive to the DC and have a tech mount it" when he knew my site was offline waiting for that storage. Terrahost 0/4 would not recommend. I moved this server back to OVHcloud without additional delay!

We started out using Ionos Servers, after consistent billing issues, we starting using a couple of OVH servers, being a little higher on cost, we started slow. We've been with OVH for over 2 years now and totally deleted Ionos from our vendors.
OVH hands down, has the best customer service out of any server vendor we have used. Additionally, their servers have an average uptime of 99.9744% over the span of 2 years! We couldn't happier with it.

I recently realized I was getting emails from OVH stating my services are suspended pending deletion with a countdown. Due to outstanding invoice. Apparently they have been sending the email everyday updating the countdown . When I noticed the countdown showed me I still had 3 days remaining until deletion. I went into my Control Panel to pay the invoice before deletion & for some reason OVH wasn't taking my payment , tried to generate a new purchase order & it was re-routing me back to the dashboard . I have tried 4 different payment methods & contacted my bank , them telling me they don't see anything on their end. At this point, my service is about to get deleted & I have the money to pay but OVH doesn't want to accept it. So with no other options I contacted support. As we are in year 2023 now OVH Support for US Accounts has been the worst support ever! Live chat is always disable , they don't have a number to contact them, they inform you on their site to DM through twitter , but their twitter account hasn't been active since 2017. The only support I was able to reach was for OVH outside of the US Accounts , which they informed me they couldn't assist. So now my only options is to create a ticket & wait through email. Which I should mention is a terrible way to do support specially for people inn urgent matters, specially if it takes OVH days to respond..... Anyway the day I noticed my payments wasn't working I contact support VIA ticket. 3 days ago..... Today, my service got deleted due to not being able to pay my bill & still waiting on support to help me pay my bill.... I am extremely frustrated as I had very important information on my service , which no , isn't backup. The fact that I wanted to prevent this & OVH giving me billing issues & support not responding causing it to get deleted is very upsetting. I am currently STILL waiting for a response for a solution to get my service back or at least the data on my service. If support would of responded in a timely manner to assist , my services wouldn't have been canceled... I have been waiting & trying to make a payment for 3 days now for it to of just got deleted a few hours ago.... Is there any support I can get to help me with this matter? I have tried everything....

I had a change in business requirement that called for a Ceph cluster instead of standalone NASes, wasn't in a position to create two different clusters in NA and EU. My advisor Kelsey Segerson really went out of her way to help me in setting up all the nodes in EU (where the majority of my services were) and cancelling the contract locked-in service in the US.
As an OVH customer of almost a decade this is the best experience I've had with OVH so far. It's a giant company but I'm so glad you've upped the focus on SMB customers and their needs. Due to a goof up on my part I ordered the new servers from OVH EU, but if you're looking at OVH I'd highly recommend going with OVH US (they have the EU locations now).

Bob Young did an outstanding job for me when the price for me changed mid-way through buying my server he fixed it then I miss click the wrong location because I was on my phone purchasing it and he fixed that too to the right location all around a great job any time I need something will be using him to help me out

I know I've already wrote a review, but their support is truly amazing! So after I got my dedicated server I decided that I want to switch to second server with more storage. I spoke with Bob Young (support), and he made this switch easily for me, they even refunded me the one-week cPanel license that I used with first server! Highly recommended!
