I had a subscription service
I had a subscription service, but I just canceled. Your customer service was horrible to me. For two weeks my subscription service would not send out because it said the vanilla 11 lb whey protein was out of stock, yet I would go to your website and put it in my cart and it was available for more money. Several times I messaged customer service and they kept on saying it was out of stock. So to prove a point, but also because I wanted the vanilla 11 lb whey protein, I ordered it without a subscription and magically it’s in stock. Your customer service was very bad and it felt like I was being answered by AI. You need to do better.

Horrible prices and poor shopping…
Horrible prices and poor shopping experience. Discount code dependent. Not buying again.
Also, I am trying to return this substandard product but their website seems rigged or useless, since I am unable to progress with the return request. I'm extremely frustrated with this product and the service. Pathetic!!!
Never buying this product again.
Far better porducts would be Optimum Nutrition, Ascent, or Levels.

Never received my order.

The samples are great!
The samples are great now I can try some of the items without committing until I find one I prefer. There are several flavors that list natural and artificial flavors. I can't purchase if the ingredients have the vagueness of "artificial" flavors or colors because of life threatening food dye and flavor allergies.

VERY frustrating to reset password
VERY frustrating to reset password. Had to do 3 times. Could not get it to work on my computer so had to do on my phone. Spent over 1 hr trying to order. Had to come back and back and FINALLY got it to go thru JUST before the midnight cut off for the special. I hope this does not happen again as it makes me angry at My Protein. If so I’ll go to another vender like Pikping Rock. Grrrrr!
