very disappointed once again...your drivers are not following direct at all it is 90 degrees today and again they left my milk at my front stairs in this heat when the directions state back door in the porch cooler for some reason they just wont do it...in the winter I wouldnt care but this is a health issue...If you don't address this you are going to lose your business

My delivery instructions are very clear because there are two separate apartments at this property, each with its own entrance, cooler, and delivery fee. Despite that, my order was once again left at the wrong entrance, outside an open cooler that wasn’t even mine.
To make matters worse, one bag was left open and a package of bagels had been removed from the bag and left directly on the ground. After last week’s experience with wildlife getting into our groceries, I had no way of knowing whether anything had been tampered with or contaminated. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
We pay separate delivery fees specifically so each household receives its order at the correct entrance. This has been an ongoing issue despite previous feedback, and it has completely eroded my confidence in the service.

I have voiced my request for them to please ring the doorbell and each time they come they do not. When reaching out to them, they said they’re not allowed to ring the doorbell. WTH

Unclear Charges and Poor Customer Service
I was charged twice for my first order after making an amendment. When I requested a refund, the company refused and instead applied account credit, forcing me to place another order to recover my money. I then used that credit for a second order but was charged more than expected, despite being told multiple times that my available credit balance would be of a certain amount.
Customer service did a bad job explaining the charges and did not resolve the issue satisfactorily. The delivery fee for small orders is also excessively high—nearly $10—so ordering only 1-2 products is not worthwhile. You must either buy a lot or pay their subscription.
Although the products are high quality and the delivery is convenient, they are very pricey and I would rather shop at my local farmers’ market, where I can find similar products at lower prices without dealing with unclear charges and bad customer service.
