Tried to locate a chosen pair of boots .Already driven miles to one store .
However located in another store.Sadly too far to travel as I'm a Carer. Asked the store if I could pay package and postage for the boots to be sent to me.Assistant more than willing to do so.
But head office refused to authorise. WHY ????

The bags I buy from this website are such great quality and so well made. My last purchase was sent very quickly and packaged so well. They always have such a great selections of colors also. I am a repeat customer and always look forward to what they'll come out with next.

Sent the wrong size, shipping took 3 weeks and no one has replied to my email.

I have not received my boots yet. Tracking them seems to show them as being in Stockton, California as of January 31. I ordered them before January 11.

Had to exchange for a different size and they made it hassle free

I ordered a pair of really hard to find shoes for my husband for Christmas and they are perfect! Exactly what he wanted. The shoes arrived on time and as expected. The only small issue we had was the shoe box they came in was really damaged. I was able to make it work but just a note for future shipments. I would absolutely order from Jones Bootmaker again! Thank you.

Started process of ordering a pair of Gabor trainers in mid Dec. Very confusing! Did I order from US Jones Bootmaker or Pavers? Communication came from both! Shoes too big. Again very confusing to return shoes! I ordered another pair in a smaller size and returned the other pair EXACTLY according to your international returns. I have yet to receive a refund!
I have received correct size but my account has not been refunded for the return pair. I would be happy to give a good review of shoes WHEN I receive my refund.

Be careful if you order from Jones Boots, it might be a faux company. I ordered Sparkling Shoes order 6 got a 7.5. Now they are charging me to send them back, offering discounts to keep them!
They are imposters and not the reputable JonesBootmakers.
Jones Bootmakers are a luxury brand since 1857 A true British brand.
Always check your not ordering from an impostor.

The boots themselves are high quality and I’m happy with them. Shipping took a very long time, however, and when I contacted customer service to inquire about that, the reply I received wasn’t very helpful.

Quick delivery and shoes just as described.

Sent an email immediately to Customer Service
A week went by with no response.
Sent a 2nd email to Customer Service.
Just received a response 4 days after the 2nd email.

Still have no resolution and a pair of shoes that are 3 sizes too small.

Shocking service from what I thought were a reputable company. Shoes were lovely but too big.
Sent back via Evri drop off but no response to my emails as to when refund will be issued.
No communication at all.
Will try calling tomorrow to chase my refund again.
Won't be shopping with this company again. Saddening as I held them in high regard.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this place about a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted their customer service multiple times and no one has bothered to respond. I have no choice now but to submit a charge dispute with my credit card’s fraud department.

Still looking for the ankle boots I paid for but never received. The company got the money from my credit card but never sent the boots. If there was a delay in shipping, no one emailed to indicate that. I’ve called and emailed but can’t get assistance. Highly disappointed! 😡
