Ordered UK Size 3. Got 2 pairs UK size 4. Summer sandals so cant even use with socks. Have contacted several times but been advised difficult to return and also expensive and return cant be guaranteed.
Its a supply mistake but I have confirmed to the company it is not my error.

I visited your store when visiting a friend many years ago and bought a pair of shoes that I still wear today.
Quality, comfort and style. I love them!!

They sent me three pairs of shoes in US size 6 but I ordered 8.5. I have desperately tried to contact them to no avail. I finally, after much time searching, found a way to request a return thru a parcel return service. I will let trust pilot know if I ever get a refund or the right size shoes. Very frustrating.

Shoes are pretty navy color and nicely made.

On 5 February I purchased a pair of beige wide fitting sandals
My order has only just arrived but wrong colour style n size
Nothing like what I ordered but they said if I keep them i can get 10% off my next order. Definitely dont want them aa they're ugly n dark brown and won't be ordering from them again
All they will do is give me 10% discount of the ugly shoes if I returned the cost is down to me n too blooming expensive

When you call, phone just rings and no one ever answers. They never response to your emails, very frustrating!!

The boots are cute but the quality is nolonger as good as before. I have a pair that seem to be a better quality leather which I purchased in 2012

What happened here? You designed beautiful pair of shoes- exterior appearance and fit are top notch but slide your foot in and try to walk- Your feet will slide inside! This is unacceptable! Don’t believe me? Just stick and run your finger along the insole and notice how slick it is. It’s not supposed to be. Now I had to buy special anti-slip socks in order to wear these shoes. Designers: Please PUT the shoes ON- Don’t just design them.

Cancelled my order with no explanation. I’m assuming it was because my size had been sold and inventory list not up to date but an email would have been nice. I was refunded the purchase price but not the international cc fee.

I tried on a pair of these in John Lewis and loved them though didn’t have my size. I ordered them directly from Jones bootmaker and the ones they are sending out look second hand! it’s been a chase with Evri couriers - AI customer service sends you in circles and sending to wrong address. Managed to get hold of a very nice customer service agent from Jones who sent out a second pair but now I have two pairs that are so shabby - do I risk a third? Where are these boots being made? Because the price does not equate to the quality at all! Still waiting for this to be resolved.
