Bought kettle, really good product and customer service advisor is also really responsive and care

I’m a repeat customer of Buydeem and own multiple items from their collection. I’ve always been impressed by the thoughtfulness of their designs and the quality of the build.
Beyond the products themselves, their after-sales service is top-notch—always quick to respond and very professional. It gives me great peace of mind knowing they stand behind their brand. I’m a customer for life!

looked at many brands, their functions and designs for a replacement toaster for my old one before choosing a Buydeem Retro 2 slice.
Noticing that they were offering a open box model I choose the stainless steel finish,
it was shipped quickly but arrived in a badly damaged box, FedEx. After opening the box I noticed a Green toaster, not Stainless it was nice.
In the kitchen, the toaster would not function because the operating lever was jammed
and the toast would not pop up. The lever was severely bent.
I notified the Buydeem customer service and they responded very fast asking for photos of the damaged box and apologizing for the model mix up.
They immediately sent me the correct model then telling me to do what I want with the
Green damaged model. The Stainless Steel model arrived quickly and works perfectly.
I am very happy with the Buydeem service, decisions and new working toaster.

The products are well packed while delivering.

I was initially quite disappointed because the product I received appeared to be used. However, the customer service completely turned this experience around.I truly appreciate Lina’s help,she was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient in resolving the issue. A replacement was arranged quickly, and the new product arrived in perfect, brand-new condition.
I strongly appreciate the excellent customer service and the way this situation was handled. It really made a difference, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the overall experience.

I contacted service for shipment of part 2 and within 24 hours I received it.

I had problems with my Buydeem toaster and contacted Customer Service. Lina was amazing. She asked me some question and asked for more specific information and eventually she sent me a new toaster. I have never had a customer service experience that was this caring and positive. It sure makes want to buy their products again. Thanks, Lina.

nice color and good function

Received product doesn't fully match with that from the product description on their website. Contacted customer service and got a quick reply. This is my 2nd time buying from them. Customer service always good.

I bought the slow cooker and had been using it since Feb 2026. Unfortunately for some reason the heating system just failed out of the blue. Wrote in and Lisa took my case. within 1+ week from getting the needed troubleshooting video to getting me a new replacement, it was quick. I am happily cooking again!

Great service! I received a defective item at first, but they quickly sent me a replacement. Everything works perfectly now and I’m very happy with it.

Customer service was responsive, resolved issues in a timely manner, and handled replacements efficiently.

Amazing customer service dealing with April.Received a damaged product and sent them an email and was taken care of immediately.lhave ordered 2 small kettles and a small cute little steamer before but decided to go for a bigger one as I like to make steam buns and the large G67 l can steam 16 buns on 2 layer at once and comes out beautifully puffy not soggy and wet like other steamer.April was great to with and even followed up on how’s thing is working. Very happy with the customer services. I have a little issue with the product in the first but once I reached out to the customer service, they sent another one immediately, now it works well.

Bought a water dispenser, received an ised one, but after we reached out buydeem, they send us an brand new oneand we got it three days after. We love buydeem, we have their steamer and air flyer as well. And all of them works so well and fits our daily lifes.

My first toaster delivered damaged and the BuyDeem customer service responded quickly to send me a new one for no cost. It was an excellent experience. The toaster itself if beautiful and I would recommend!
