Got a Seawolf pump. Had an initial question after receiving it which was quickly answered. Product working great! My neighbor actually bought an inflatable air tube product to tow behind his boat for his kids, but it needed an adapter to fill up. Asked me and the Seawolf happened to come with the adapter he needed as well as several others. Unit is quiet, works fast, and not too heavy. Highly recommend.

Received my order but the pump that was supposed to come with it was missing. I contacted customer service, and they were kind and helpful! I’ve received my pump, and my Peake board is now up and ready to go. Great experience

Hong gave me excellent customer service!! It's nice to know at my age there are still great people that take pride in customer service. Using email only Hong communicated and expedited the process to replace my pump that would not charge. I wish all customer services had people like Hong.

I am loving my SUP pump from Swonder. I use it to inflate my float tubes for fishing. The ability to preset the PSI is invaluable. I just turn the pump on, and walk away to get my other gear ready. The pump is quick, and shuts off at the perfect level of pressure every time. The battery is so powerful, I can go several trips without recharging it. As a senior citizen, this has been my favorite purchase recently, since I no longer need to manually pump up my float tube.
Also, my neighbor recently got his own pump, and it came with a great padded canvas carry bag. I contacted customer support to see if I could order one. They helped me get one for just the cost of shipping.

I contacted the company needing a replacement part. Harper, at customer service, helped me until we could find the right part. This went on for weeks due to the fact that pullable tube was so old and not under warranty. He never gave up and was always in contact with me sharing updates. It was great that I continued to work with the same customer service representative the entire process. Thank you!

I was excited to be able to order a replacement fin - came quickly and works great. Customer service was quick and helpful.

We lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow tube. I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon. A short time later I received an email from Harper. He told me they were out of stock but he found one on Amazon that would work and sent me a link. I was very impressed with the speedy response and with Harper locating one for me to order on Amazon.

I lost my fin during my last paddle session. I emailed them regarding ordering a new fin because the one I needed was out of stock on their website. They promptly responded to me and helped me locate a new fin to order.

Just needed a replacement washer/screw for my fin and they sent me the whole fin setup so fast the shipping info couldn't even update before it was at my door!

awwww just love the equipemnt but they didnt give me the chance to test it there, why?

I've been using my Swonder SeaWolf pump to inflate my paddle boards as well as a dinghy for a few months now. It's so fantastic to just set the PSI and let it do its thing without having to plug it in. It's quick and easy, love that it charges from my phone charger, and I can take it with me on short hikes with my inflatable paddle board to get out to lakes I'd otherwise not paddle. Everything has worked perfectly so far.
