He has deep experience in this speciality, clearly a leader in his field, and was able to put me at ease and explain what the results of my various tests were, and the implications. In particular his 'bedside' manner is exemplary - I only wish other top specialists could learn how to put patients at ease so effectively! Top marks Dr Ghei!

Mr Ghei is very professional and grasped my problem quickly. He arranged for me to have the test that I required within a week. This proved to be successful so I was able to resume normal life.

All the staff at the facilities that I visited were polite and helpful.

Mr Ghei was sympathetic, understanding and immediately responsive when I was in pain and needed reassurance and kidney stones attended to . His PA, Katie was just wonderful.

My appointment was exactly on time. Mr Ghei and his nurse were very kind and caring for an unpleasant procedure (cystoscopy) and Mr Ghei explained everything clearly both before, during and after the procedure. I was very satisfied and will be returning for a further check up next year.

I was treated promptly, and in a professional and warm manner by mr Maneesh Ghei ,he organised tests for me and I saw him a week later for a consultation with the results. He gave me some valuable advice on how to manage my condition. He is a credit to his profession.

I was on the waiting list for a TURP at my local hospital, but hearing nothing and expecting a long wait because I was not classified as an emergency priority, and tired of months of wearing a disabling catheter, I decided to look for an alternative. I spoke to a consultant at Highgate Hospital who recommended Mr Ghei at The Wellington Hospital. I was seen within days. He was friendly, reassuring and efficient, and scheduled a TURP for 10 days later. My memory of the procedure is that it seemed fantastic! I felt like an F1 driver entering the pits as I was wheeled into the operating theatre and surrounded by masked technicians. I knew I was in good hands. I was well looked after in the hospital and I was back home two days later. I feel I've made a good recovery thanks to Mr Ghei and his team. Thank you!
