During black Friday I tried to buy a monarch pro carbon forge case for the Samsung s25 ultra.
I tried to order this case and a magnet accessory but adding them both to the basket charged £11.52 for delivery, when it's supposed to be free. Immediately I contacted customer supposed and provided screenshot evidence. The support team asked for all my details so they could create an order for me manually but they never came back with it after I gave them all the details.
In the end I purchased just the case without the accessory becuase the cyber Monday deals were running out. £96 for a phone case and did I receive? I opened the package when it was delivered to find camera lense protectors for £8.99!!
Fuming doesn't cover the frustration I felt. Again back on to support with proof and fair enough, they organised a replacement order swiftly. This was on the 5th of Dec and by the 10th, the order was still sitting at confirmed and support teams were not helpful. In the end I cancelled the whole thing and got a refund. Funny enough the minute I asked for my money back, that happened instantly!
To have paid so much money for a premium product and just be treated in this way, I've never had such awful service from a company that I have paid such a large sum to for such a small thing like a phone case. Uag are by far, the worst organisation to ever deal with, they don't care and just hope you will go away. I will never take anything to do with this outfit again and I will not accept any pathetic apology after being treated like this. I honestly hope governing bodies look into you becuase you've got it coming. Frauds.

Order #1210304. Placed order on 11/30/25, order was confirmed on 12/1, wasn't processed until 12/4/25, much longer then I expected. Then on 12/4/25 a shipping label was created with USPS, EXCEPT THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FEDEX TWO DAY. Then to add insult to injury it didm't reach the PO until 12/5/25, and it does not show any tracking information so I have no idea when I will receive my phone case.
This is the worst order experience I have had in years, and would not recommend doing business with UAG directly as they certainly are not equipped to handle the process.
I do like their cases, but buy from Amazon or Ebay and you will receive better service

Paid £50 for a crystal clear case that was meant to be NON-YELLOWING yet less than 12 months of use later it looks like a nicotine stained thing all around the frame/edges.
Put in a warranty claim via the website and spent quite a while meeting all their requirements with pictures and description and proof of purchase and NOTHING, totally ignored.
I would avoid this company based on the total lack of customer service AND their products not being as good as they say the price commands.
Really let down!

The previous review that I made and deleted was for probably a fake web site :
urbanarmor .dot. shop
Be careful to use the legitimate one.
I put 4 stars as I didn't order on the legitimate one.

Purchased two Pathfinder cases, and two Clear glass, both of which are for IPhone 17 Pro Max. The Pathfinder case offers little to no grip. Not sure the safe drop distance is accurate, but I am not going to test it myself. The case and the Clear glass are both easy to install. There were lots of bubbles that had to be removed when installing the Clear glass. This may be a common ocurrance with all glass covers, not sure. The Clear glass for one phone cracked while I was removing bubbles and had to be removed altogether. I didnt request a replacement because I thought this was on me, and not the glass itself or UAG I will probably order the glass cover from another manufacturer.
Ordered (and received yesterday) the iPhone 17 Pro Max Lens Covers, and the 50th edition Ultra Watch 2 strap and Ultra Watch 2 case/cover. Very pleased with these products. Today I ordered another Clear Glass for my cracked iPhone 17 Pro Max Clear Glass (as mentioned in my review, above). I made the second purchase of the Clear Glass based on the level of my satisfaction plus with the other produces ordered, --willing to give the Clear Glass a second chance. Thank you, -_Richard

MONARCH PRO KEVLAR IPHONE 17 PRO MAX CASE
$99.95 This is the worse case for the money that I have ever spent. It goes on to say it will protect your iPhone from falls damage. It’s got Kevlar in it and it’s a very protective phone case in reality is nothing but a cheap partial bumper case with a partial back. it doesn’t protect any of the front of the phone nor does it protect any of the camera area on the phone so it only protects about 40% of the phone. It doesn’t matter if it’s bulletproof if it only protects 40% what about the other 60% this case is worth $10 at best save your money and buy a different case this one you’re not gonna be happy with. The support line doesn’t work the phone lines always busy. If you try to create a return ticket it doesn’t allow you to pick an iPhone case just three Samsung cases are in the case field it will not let you proceed unless you pick something in that field, but this case is not Available nor is any iPhone for that matter, there is no way to get a hold of these people so there is absolutely no service after sale. Stay away from this company at all cost. AS OF TODAY I have received a full refund

We ordered via UAG’s German webshop because it clearly promised “next business day delivery.” After 10+ days there was still no parcel and no tracking progress. Support then replied that international shipments take 10–20 business days—the exact opposite of what’s stated on the German product/checkout page.
When we pointed this out (with a screenshot), support did not align with the webshop promise and told us they couldn’t cancel because it had “shipped,” advising us to refuse the package and wait until it’s scanned “return to sender” before a refund—shifting all effort and delay to the customer.
Why this is unacceptable:
• Contradictory information: German site advertises next-day delivery; support insists on 10–20 business days.
• No proactive remedy: refused to cancel and refund immediately despite broken delivery promise.
• Customer burden: “Refuse on delivery and wait” is not a proper solution.
We actually like UAG products, but this experience was misleading and frustrating. Please fix your German site delivery promise to match reality and offer immediate refunds when promises aren’t met.

UAG products are the best! I have been a customer since my last 2 iPhones. The UAG cases are reliable and protect my phones. I have dropped my phone face flat multiple times and had zero damages to my phone. I will continue to purchase these cases.

Terrible customer service and extremely long delivery times. Despite advertising fast delivery, the products—listed as in stock on their website—have still not been shipped after more than a week. Clearly, the stock information is misleading.
Save yourself the hassle and choose another supplier.

I’ve been using UAG products for a while now, and I’m truly impressed. The build quality is outstanding, the design feels premium, and it gives my device the perfect balance of protection and style. I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times, and thanks to UAG, it still looks brand new. It’s lightweight yet incredibly durable — definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants both safety and style in one.
Thank you once again for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This positive experience has further strengthened my trust and loyalty towards UAG, and I will continue to support and recommend your products wholeheartedly.

First, over priced. Although everything is expensive these days. Shipping is shit. It takes a half a month to get your product. The customer service is robotic response bullshit. 0 out of 10. Received the glass protector in 2 days. Total garbage. Amazon sells better products for half the price. I have been using UAG products for over ten years. Unfortunately I am stuck with these products I have ordered, again customer service socks, too hard to return or I would. In future I will use another brand.

The customer service provided by the team at UAG was by far more than exceptional. Backing their products to the fullest and supported by such a great team makes it easy to purchase such products.

Genuinely confused by these reviews. I've not had any other case for my phones since these came out and they've lived up to expectations. The cost has (upto now) always been reasonable in my opinion. Kept my s21 safe then my s24! Wanted to buy for s25 ultra but whilst the price is justified, just can't afford £50.

I purchased a UAG case for my S23 Ultra. The phone slipped off a weight bench in the gym dropping about an 18" drop. The edge of the phone hit a 5 lb weight slightly cracking the screen. I thought that shouldn't have hit it that hard to cause any damage. The screen then started turning green. I was later told the phone is not repairable because the damage was in the LCD screen and replacing the glass will not help. The only option was to get a new phone. WTF
Case was purchased from Amazon on June 6, 2023:

It doesn't even deserve a single star. I ordered a case for my Son's Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra. I ordered and paid on the third of February. My purchase never came to me, they took the money and no one responds to my email, awful theft. Terrible!!!

Reply from Urban Armor Gear
"Free returns" are only if you pay to ship it back to them, regardless of if it works or not. The lip on the case was so high that I couldn't use my keyboard in its entirety. Even if I wanted to exchange it, I would have lost money in the process. No idea where the egregious amount of money I paid for my case was meant to go, but since I purchased my first UAG case back in 2019, the price has doubled and the quality has not. I am in the process of getting a refund and will not be purchasing again. Sad, since I really loved the brand before they pulled this.

I’ve been a loyal UAG customer since 2012, exclusivity buying their cases. I recently purchased a Pathfinder Case and Magnetic Ring Stand for my iPhone 16. I am very dissatisfied with both products, so I left critical reviews on their website. They have responded to me via email 3 times regarding my reviews, but my reviews never appeared on the website. And it’s been over a week.
Prices are way up, quality is down, and they are hiding negative feedback. Proceed with caution.
