Paid extra for a “premium” delivery service and it completely failed. My stock didn’t arrive in time for a 2-day event, and I only received it on the afternoon of the final day.
What made it worse was the total lack of communication. No one contacted me to resolve the issue or ask for further details, and the contact information on the website didn’t even work properly.
If you’re going to offer a weekend delivery service, you need to actually support it on weekends. This was unreliable, poorly managed, and not worth the extra cost. On delivery, 20% of stock at the bottom of the triple layered box was damaged and leaking. Appalling after care. Would not recommend.

UPS have not managed to deliver a parcel 6 times for key equipment for a wheelchair user which they have had for over 15 days chasing for a £19 fee not due, and agreed by them not due, and claiming to have delivered when they clearly have not based on video footage - customer services are hopeless and most agents have not helped and promises have been broken and so we are still waiting and would never use UPS again

They are terrible.
I had to order a product via eBay, and the delivery company was UPS. They were supposed to deliver it from Vienna (Austria) to Paris (France).
They crossed the delivery deadline by two days, claiming on their website “security check”. The product was already in France before the deadline, yet I still had to wait two extra days and reschedule my plane trip twice, which cost me additional fees.
Only to find out that they claim the delivery address is in a “risk zone”, which is completely untrue. And even if it were, why didn’t they contact me? They had my phone number, my email, and could have at least updated their tracking page or informed eBay, or on their own website. Instead, they only left a vague, unhelpful message that made it seem like I had no option but to wait for them to “fix it”.
I had to call them myself just to understand what was going on. I even had to suggest going to their warehouse.
This is extremely unprofessional and a total waste of time and money.
I wish ebay takes actions against this.

UPS UK provided one of the most frustrating and poorly managed shipping experiences I have encountered.
I completed all required documentation online, paid £82 upfront, and selected a designated UPS drop-off location near my home. After carrying a very heavy 17.2kg box for over 20 minutes to the chosen location, I was informed by the shopkeeper that UPS had not been collecting parcels from that site for some time. There was reportedly a large backlog of uncollected packages already sitting there, which immediately raised serious concerns about UPS’s operational reliability and communication.
I was then instructed to call UPS customer service, only to be told that my only option was to take the parcel to another drop-off location 12 miles away. This was entirely unacceptable. If a location is no longer being serviced, it should not be presented as an active drop-off option during the booking process. Customers should not be expected to discover operational failures only after physically transporting heavy parcels to unusable sites.
Although the second location fortunately accepted the parcel, the inconvenience, wasted time, and physical effort involved were considerable and entirely avoidable.
To make matters worse, I have since been informed that an additional $50 is required for the parcel to reach the USA, despite already paying £82 for what was described as a standard shipment. This was a standard-sized removal box, clearly declared at 17.2kg, and the additional charge was neither transparent nor properly communicated at the point of booking. The pricing feels misleading and poorly disclosed.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience marked by poor logistics, inadequate service coordination, and a lack of pricing transparency. UPS UK’s systems appear disjointed, their communication is unreliable, and the burden of resolving their operational failures was placed entirely on the customer. I would not recommend UPS UK based on this experience.

Got to be the absolute worse set of instructions to print the labels for an amazon return to the states.
It took me 2 visits to the drop off location to get the parcel accepted.
Just pray I do not have to use them again

UPS said yesterday they were going to deliver the parcel "End of Day". We went out, only to find they had tried to deliver it at 10am. The message gave us a collection point, so we travelled all the way there, to find the parcel wasn't there, they had attempted a second delivery when we were at the collection depo. Today we received a message saying it was out for delivery but would be delivered "BY the end of the day" We've waited the entire day at home only to find we now have to go to after 5pm to the collection depot.
Absolute rubbish service. All other delivery companies predict delivery times within the hour.
