They never deliver at home but drop off…

They never deliver at home but drop off at parcel store every time. They go directly to parcel shop and than say they tried but you warent home. Waste of time and money. Will not use ups any more. Happend 8 times until now.

Lazy Bastards

We were home all day, clearly visible from the street. No one came by. I got an email that they didn't find anyone home so they diverted to a pakkeshop. lazy bastards.

Worst parcel company

Worst parcel company I ever experienced. They completely lie about trying to deliver packages to your home and instead just send them to a pick up store.
I work from home and I get their SMS saying we just tried to deliver, but no one was home. 3x times this has happened.

Don't use their services

Paid for address delivery, at the office, where I was the whole day, only to get my package delivered to a package shop 1.2 KM away from the delivery address. Please stay out of business, it's a shame Canyon does their deliveries with this service.

Ups is disappointment

Ups, really a big disappointment. I delivered my package with my grandmother's medicines on 13.06.25, they said it would be delivered on 17.06.25, and I left happily. When 17.06.25 came, I learned that my package had not left Denmark, and this is where the problems started. When I delivered the first package, the person who helped me filled out the form incorrectly, and I learned this 4 days later. Although my number was on the package, I was not reached. I immediately went and tried to find out what the problem was, first they said they could not find the package, I was told to call the customer services so that they could open a file, I waited for 15 minutes, explained the issue to the customer representative, and he suddenly hung up on me. When I called a second time, an uninformed, inexperienced person picked up the phone, an arrogant person who did not know what she was doing. I saw that the problem would not be solved, so I went to Glostrup again. My package was found with difficulty, but the next problem was that there were no documents such as prescriptions and invoices that should have been in the package, I had to go to the pharmacy and doctor again to find these documents. The worst part is that when I did these things, UPS treated me so badly, as if it was all my fault, they did not apologize or show any attitude that they made a mistake. Only one employee named Yakup helped me, I thank him too. In fact, when you enter the building, the expression on the faces of the employees there shows how bad a place they work. I will never work for UPS again and I will not recommend it to anyone. It is a real disappointment, do not be fooled by the advertisements.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible, they kept my package in the airport warehouse for 2 weeks for no reason as in the app satus it said that they are about to schedule a delivery any day now, and after I called and make sure my address is correct and that they will schedule new delivery they said I was not at home when the delivery was made so the delivery attempt failed and sent it to a pickup spot far from me, even though I waited at home the whole day and was available to calls

UPS NEVER DOES HOME DELIVERY!

I ordered a package from Salomon with the indication that it would be delivered home.

IT IS NEVER DELIVERED HOME! They never do. Not only that, they dont even leave it to the closest UPS access point to you.

Days of delayed delivery with no reasonable explanations - this is UPS Danmark

Like most other Danish courier services, this one is no exception - it's horrible. Only in Denmark do I experience my parcels travelling through Europe for 1-2 days, and then being delayed for 3-7 days here. It seems like the distance from Glostrup to inner Copenhagen can't be taken in a day, two, or even three. Even though I paid €20 for the delivery of a dress from a UK merchant, the dress is being delayed for the third day with no explanation. It took 1 day to reach Denmark, and now it's a never-ending "We’re sorry your parcel was delayed. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible." during work days.
I picked delivery to a parcel shop on purpose, knowing UPS is so slow and often lying about the person not being home. But to no avail - even this did not help. I expect, once delivered, to get a €20 note attached to the parcel, since your service is so bad that you should be paying ME for the experienced inconvenience and inability to make any plans due to your incompetence.
I will also write to the merchant, just so they know how bad it is and consider changing their provider in Denmark.

Didn't bother even trying to deliver…

Didn't bother even trying to deliver our package.
My wife and I were in all day and Nemlig delivered earlier in the afternoon but apparently UPS couldn't get an answer. Maybe if they had tried ringing the door bell it would have helped.
My guess is the driver didn't even bother to call and went straight to the collection point.

Absolutely useless.

Absolutely useless.

I was sent an important document (passport) from the embassy and I waited for the driver to come to speak directly to him and get my parcel (as I know they are the worst and never do their job). He came, I spoke to him and he lied to me and said that he did not have my parcel. Then 10 minutes later it says "Delivered to Mail room" to a name of a person I have never heard of before. So the man DID have my parcel, but could just not be bothered to look properly and then decided to drop it wherever it suited him.

I had called this morning to make sure that my parcel has the correct address and everything and the lady said that it was correct.

Then when I called later again, she said that the driver has another address (for some damn strange reason???) and that's why he dropped it somewhere else. Like, how is that even possible when this morning they said that the address was correct. And how can they deliver parcels to anyone that is not the person in the label who is directed to? I am flying tomorrow and I have no idea if I will make it to my trip due to this man's incompetence.

The lady at Customer Service was nice at least, but they really need to do something about their drivers. Specially the young ones. A monkey could do a better job.

I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with…

I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with UPS service. They just came once to deliver my package in an random time, and since I wasn't home, delivery didn't accomplished. I didn't receive any further follow up email, nor any info about another place, where I could collect my package. After several attempts to track my package and multiple emails to UPS and the sender, I realized that UPS has returned my package. This is a very bad service from UPS in Denmark.

What a waste of time!

What a waste of time!!
I ordered something important and then i get an email saying that the package will be delivered on Thursday between 14 and 16, and if no one is home it will be sent to Vanløse. Vanløse is about 40 to 50 mins away from me with transportation.
I panicked and made a stupid excuse to go home early to be there. At 15:30 I get an email saying that they left it an my nearby shop!
What a waste of time and energy! Get your act together!

Horrible

Horrible. I was home all day and after 3 different mails with delivery time they sending email where they wrote that I wasn't home... insane! If my packed will not gonna be delivered tommorow under my front door I promise I will make a hell i ups !

Couldn’t deliver you parcel at your address???

I have been home all day, suddenly a mail pops up. “Couldn’t deliver you parcel at your address”
This unfortunately is not the first time with UPS.
The APP is also not providing any possibility to redirect delivery before the first attempt.
The company has no service phone.

Even don’t deserve one star!
Its disaster, its not a service, its not a delivery company its a SHAME!
If you have alternative- NEVER use UPS in Denmark. Never.

Only shipping company that can take…

Only shipping company that can take more than 4 days to deliver a simple package from Germany to Denmark, every single other company can consistently deliver the next day or at worst 2 days. Will be avoiding using UPS from here on out.

Worst service I've ever experienced

I've never experienced such a bad service probably ever. The amount of problems is so big, I don't even know where to start.

I never receive any notifications regarding updates, if I want to receive notifications or change the delivery, I have to sign up for "UPS My Choice" something something. That's already pretty bad experience, but even if I try to do that, the country is preselected to US and I cannot change it (I'm not in US).
Of course, when I check the status from time to time, I notice that it was a failed attempt of delivery, and I was at home the whole day. When they failed to deliver I was expecting them to drop my package at some pickup point (whatever I just want my package already), but they decided to return it back to the sender! And I paid 12 euros for that! What a complete joke of a company!

If I ever see UPS as the only option of delivery, I will cancel any purchase! I would better go to another city and pick it up myself rather than use this service.
