Can't believe they just returned the parcel
I can't believe they didn't communicate me about yhe delivery, they didn't even came to my adress, because "it was wrong written" and is adress from Amazon with no problems for years.
Not even gave me the option to collect from office.
Contact was possible only with robots. That's was impossible to understand. Im doubting how this can be a real company....

Didn't deliver package citing incomplete adress. Adress was complete. No country localised number is provided for finding a solution. Chat bot is useless. Absolute garbage company that doesn't do one thing they exist to do.
Lazy UPS drivers cheating their customers (again)
UPS should not be trusted. Time after time they lie about deliveries and mark packages as undeliverable when people are home waiting. This is not just a small mistake here and there, it is how the company operates. The people who work there, from drivers to customer service, clearly do not care about the customer experience. They only care about getting rid of packages quickly and making excuses.
It is not a mistake that UPS has such a terrible score online. DHL and GLS have much better ratings for good reasons. Those companies actually deliver packages and respect their customers, while UPS does the opposite. When you choose UPS you are gambling with your time, your money, and your package.
Everyone at UPS is responsible for this culture of dishonesty and poor service. Customers should not have to accept being cheated and lied to. If you value reliable delivery and basic honesty, avoid UPS completely and use another company.

Unfortunately, there no 0 star to rate you. 1 star is too much to rate you. I never seen transport company bad like this . the shipments stay at their depot 2-3 days without delivering and when we ring to them , they said it's summer and we don't have enough staff , what is company, from today onward I will never let our suppliers in china or EU use this careless and badest company ever.
Altogether horrible service
Altogether horrible service. Gave me an ‘estimated’ delivery time saying it’ll be delivered in the late afternoon, I take time off work to be home, just to check the status and see they tried to deliver it in the morning.
Then the status of the package was updated with ‘new delivery day pending’. As I haven’t received any updates since the first delivery attempt I check today and can see they supposedly tried to deliver it yesterday. Confused by the fact that I was never informed I reached out to their support.
Their customer service was to no help and claimed that even the estimate of ‘late afternoon’ is only an estimate - so in conclusion they can never actually tell you when a package will be delivered. So why use estimates??? She recommended I could collect the package - which I payed to have delivered to my house and took time off to receive - in Glostrup. Or be home for another delivery attempt, which would require me taking a full day off work since their estimates are unreliable..
I requested to change the address of delivery but that was also not an option. So it’s either be home for a full day or come pick it up yourself. I will no longer order anything that uses UPS as a courier. I have also reached out to the sender of the package and informed them I will no longer use their services as long as UPS is their courier

If I could give a 0 review, I would. They did not even attempt to deliver my package twice. They did not ring the doorbell and claimed they did. They did it twice. Contacted customer servicr, but each person I talked to said different things. So I had to go all the way to Glostrup and pick the package myself.
Unacceptable Handling of Express Delivery – Never Again!
We placed an express order with UPS, expecting timely delivery. What we got instead was a series of false excuses and unacceptable service.
First, the driver claimed the delivery address was closed due to a holiday – which was simply not true. We contacted UPS, and they promised the package would be delivered the next day. But again, another excuse: "We couldn't find the address."
And then, without our consent, they updated the status to "Customer will pick up from warehouse." We NEVER agreed to that.
After several calls and wasted time, we were told the package might be delivered the following day.
Let me be clear:
This was an EXPRESS shipment, and UPS failed miserably. If you can’t handle express deliveries, stop offering the service.
We no longer want the package. You lost our trust completely.

I should have known better not to use UPS again...and red that this is one of the lowest ratings on trustpilot for a shipping company.
A simple delivery of one legal document is too much to handle for UPS Denmark/Norway. A letter that should have been delivered for one week ago to a court house in Norway. Because the court house has a PO Box delivery policy, UPS is not willing to either change the address nor deliver without signature. Out of 7 only one employee ( English speaking) was able to understand th situation. She tried to change the address but was obviously overruled. Other UPS employees at customer service in Denmark and Norway, they either hang up on the phone or pulled "the system" excuse for not helping out here.
Now, they are expecting me to go and pick up the letter from their depot in Oslo....
Advice: Use another shipping company!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced UPS.
Terrible service
My delivery was supposed to arrive 10/7 10.30 - 14.30. Until 6pm there was no communication and checking the tracking, I saw the package was delayed. Since I had plans after 6pm, I changed the delivery to next day and scheduled yet another work from home day. I have been here the whole time and I now I have just received a message that the delivery to my address was not possible and the pack will be delivered to a ups service point. I avoid that service point because it usually has a huge queue. That is quite annoying, I am sure the courier did not come and took the easy way. Terrible communication and unreliable service.
Always lie about trying to deliver
Always claim to have attempted a home delivery, but it's a total lie. They just drop it at the parcel shop.
It's amazing how they couldn't make the delivery, when about 1 hour before I was handed a parcel by another company.
Worst Customer Support Ever
I sent 6 bottles of wine from Denmark to Germany, and they were damaged en route – apparently in Hamburg. Instead of notifying me, the courier returned the broken bottles to a local package shop without any email or communication.
After eventually discovering where the package was, I picked it up and filed a damage claim. The package was picked up for inspection, but just two days later it was returned to my home with the status updated to “damage claim not approved.” No explanation, no follow-up, and no response when I tried to reach out.
I’m now left with broken bottles, a €200 loss, and no refund for the shipping either.
Customer support has been completely unresponsive. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The parcel was 4 days late, and they still deliver it to a shop 3 km away from were I Live, when here is a shop 800mts from where I live. When I payed to get it deliver at my door, I was home and they never came. No wonder their ratings are so low they don't care for their customers since users are forced by webshops to use them. This happened in Vejle.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE in Denmark (Nord Sjælland). Just as all the poor reviews state, UPS really does NOT seem to pay attention to any details or to deliver a package on-time and properly to a customer. Hence all the low star feedbacks.

UPS left my 2 heavy packages in the middle of my back yard (where it was raining all day on the packages).
I specifically contact UPS customer service by phone (took 40 min), and asked that they drop the packages at my FRONT DOOR (where its covered and dry). I also wrote a note to UPS on the front door with this instruction.
I am fed up with UPS's awful service.
