Customer service could be better here and the overall quality of the leather wear could be much better considering the high price.

I would highly recommend this company - from start to finish! Accidentally ordered incorrectly and the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating with amending the order. Didn’t affect delivery times and kind communication. The boots themselves are just a dream - really reasonable for what arrived - I would certainly not hesitate buying from these again!

Wrong item sent and had to fight for a refund
Ordered a pair of New Rocks via Amazon, not really thinking anything of the fact it was a marketplace seller as I've never had issues before. Boots arrived, tried them on and noticed that they didn't fit well. When I checked the boots, they had sent the wrong size, but what's worse is they had overlabelled the size on the box with a sticker saying the correct size, suggesting they knew it wasn't right!
Scheduled a return via Amazon, but heard nothing after a few weeks. Contacted the seller who kept saying they were looking into it, which I believed, although nothing happened and they kept stalling. I've had to go through Amazon customer service as the seller has been unhelpful and it's now taken EIGHT WEEKS to sort a refund out.
I would avoid buying both direct and via Amazon at all costs. Also beware of the positive reviews - a lot of them read like AI and I am struggling to believe anyone has had a positive experience.
terrible experience
Had a terrible experience ordering a pair of New Rock boots with them, they were the only place that had the style I wanted in stock and I decided to order them. Unfortunately things did not end up so well as the parcel was sent via DHL Parcel UK, I work from home so am in all day and never had a knock on the day of the delivery, the parcel was then delivered to a DHL service point which I never asked for, unfortunately I requested and never received a pickup code 3 times from DHL in the next 10 minutes after finding out which I never received so I went to the local store that it was delivered to to see if I could retrieve it… unfortunately to my horror I found that the parcel had been marked as collected in my time of walking and I couldn’t try to request another pickup code. The parcel was not signed for in my name.
I contacted upperclass who said they were “investigating” which I waited a full 15 days for any movement to be told that the parcel had been delivered and there was nothing else to be done about it. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted the item I ordered. So now I lost £200, luckily though schuh had the same ones in stock… should have just gone there. I see my expeirence mirrors that of others with this shoddy company.
Quality leather jacket, ditto for customer service.
Bought a sheepskin flying jacket online from Infinity Leathers (much cheaper direct rather than through Debenhams), but unfortunately, picked the wrong size (too big). Messages to say it was being returned and Carolina was really helpful with what to do. Incredibly, I picked one too small as a replacement(!), but finally got it right third time. Refunds for the first two came through quickly and Carolina always responded to me quickly.
Best of all, the jacket is very good quality (far superior to an equivalent from M&S).

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered an expensive pair of boots for a 40th birthday present that never arrived. I was constantly fobbed off, told they were “investigating” and had to wait, at the end of the 15working days told me to wait for another week. No evidence of any investigation (despite repeated requests for information about the extra parcel insurance I’d paid for and proof or their actions) they then just ignored my emails. The tone in any communication from them was patronising and condescending. After radio silence I opened a case with PayPal, who refunded my money within 5 days. Awful scam company who don’t care once they have your money. I can see from other reviews this is a common experience. AVOID!

Purchased a pair of New Rock Boots for my daughter, after 2 wears the metal lace eye hook totally came off. Called and spoke to sales/customer service at Upperclass Fashions who wasn’t overly interested or helpful but did say that this was a known fault with these boots. He sent me a return label and told me to send them back for a refund - which I did the very same day.
Over a week later, I called for an update, provided tracking number and order number and was told they had been received and that a refund was being processed and if I hadn’t received the refund by Monday to call again. I waited until Thursday which is over 2 weeks since they were returned and the same guy was so super unhelpful, refusing to refunds claiming that they couldn’t refund until
The item had been received - I reminded him that they had been received and he was the person who confirmed so last week, he said he doesn’t remember that and he didn’t care what review I gave.. I am now going through my credit card company to reclaim the payment.
Boots never arrived - Received new ones after complaint
I bought a pair of boots on the website, but unfortunately, the parcel got lost. I searched with neighbors but couldn't find it anyway and had confirmation from Royal Mail that the item was delivered. Frustrating.
I spoke with Steve from Upperclass who promptly escalated the issue with Royal Mail, but in the meantime they sent me another parcel on the same day I was in touch so I don't have to wait. I appreciate their prompt reply and empathy to solve my case, I would definitely do business again in the future.

Purchased a Mens Leather Mid Length Coat - Ashwood from Upperclass Fashion. Delivered in three days and I have now had the coat for a few months and I am happy with the fit and quality for the price I paid.

Honestly, the suit looked nice and fit well. However, I paid for express delivery and had not received my parcel till 4 days after I ordered it and was worried I had been scammed. I tried to ask for a tracking number though none had been recieved. Overall the suit looks lovely and I am happy with the quality.
