Clothing is decent but as of August 2025 there's massive duty fees on imports. If you live outside of Europe BEWARE. I paid $120 for clothing, $33 to ship it, then DHL demanded an additional $45 once the package arrived on US soil for a duty fee that was not disclosed. Metalshop says it's all on DHL yet they don't mention anything about this fee on checkout for their predominantly US customer base.

I'm leaving a review for my brother, who is unable to do so. My bro ordered metal shirts from this company, and the customer service has been stellar. Not only did they track the shipment when he wanted to know where it was, but they also followed up to make sure he got it. My bro loves this company and the shirts they make! Unique designs.

I think that this shop is fantastic, I am from America and the size chart on their website wasn’t the best, I was recommended to get a size 46 but that was to small and returning would’ve costed to much money so I decided to sell the original pair. But I ordered the same boots in a size 47 later and they are genuinely the most comfortable well fitting boots I have. I would recommend people buy from their website but just find your European shoe size out another way if you are from the states. Thank you metal shop, can’t wait to buy more from y'all in the future.

Zero transparency that they ship from Czechia. To give a 100% honest account of my experience, there actually is a disclaimer that "Additional customs fees and import duties may apply upon delivery to your country." But they don't specify what countries that applies to. With the .us domain and a very generic "your country", I expected them to ship from the U.S., and I thought that the disclaimer was for customers ordering from outside. An additional disclaimer "We ship from the Czech Republic." would have been helpful. Two days after ordering I received an additional invoice from UPS for over $100 of customs and fees.

This was a simple and great experience of purchasing these shoes. This website is a God send with the current tariffs active within United States. Finding a website that can ship in the country without added on costs.

These shoes are spectacular I wore them for the first time for the Stray Kids World Tour and I walked close to five miles in these shoes in 93 degree temp. They definitely give you a workout with the added on weight from the platforms but they were so comfortable at the same time.

I will definitely revisit when ever I’m ready to spend on more New Rock shoes. They are definitely worth the investment. Make sure to invest in a leather shoe care kit to make sure they stay nice and fresh. These shoes are my new go to concert shoes !! I love them 💕

I came across MetalShop while searching for quality merch from favorite European groups, which can get pretty pricey with international shipping, etc.
MetalShop's selection looked quite impressive, and their reasonable prices, combined with a low shipping cost convinced me to give them a try.
I was able to track my order from labeling to UPS delivery. It made it's way from Czechia to Oregon in a brief 5 days time. It was with a good amount of anticipation that I opened up the goods...
And there's no way I'd be writing this long of a review if I wasn't either especially pleased, or displeased with what I found inside, but all of that will have to wait until next time, on account of I been kicked in the hiney by a wild mule, and I'll be damned if I'ma gonna let that ornery bugger run off without a helluva whoopin'!!! 🖤💀🖤
