Literally the worst hosting ever. Nothing works

During the first year, it was fine, so extended Premium for another 6 months, that's when everything went south. For the last month completely unable to download anything - it either says there's no link, no file, or the download takes forever; we're talking 14 HOURS for a 800Mb file!
Contacted Customer Service, never got a response. Guess I'm stuck with this lemon until it expires. Will not ever be renewing.

It took me 14 hours to download a 8GB file, so even they give you 100 GB daily traffic, it is totally useless. I tried to reach for support but never get replied.

While Uploadgig.com offers customer support, I've found their responsiveness to be average at best. While they do eventually address inquiries and issues, the response times could be improved. Enhancing the efficiency of customer support would contribute to a better overall user experience.

encountered a hiccup with slow download speeds, but the support team came to the rescue. their responsive, swiftly addressing my concern and providing clear guidance to rectify the issue. thanks to their prompt assistance, i was back up and running in no time.

Have been using Uploadgig for quite some years now, but lately have found that a lot of Uploadgig files that are even released on the same day show up when you click on the links as "File not found maybe removed" when every other host has this to download. Glad I only purchase 3 months worth of subscription at a time and only have 1 month 11 days left. Don't think I'll be renewing (even though Uploadgig is one of the cheapest) time to ditch Uploadgig for a better more reliable downloading host like "FiKPER". Is a lot more expensive but at lease all the links are there when needing to download them. Save your money and look for another provider, that have the links to download.

I recently purchased a premium account from uploadgig and was very impressed with the speed and customer service.
The premium account has exceeded my expectations and has been a great value for the price.
I highly recommend uploadgig to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable premium account service.

Payment by credit card does not work, they push you to pay with Paypal with a 55% commission, I tried to pay with Cryptocurrency but they scammed me and the payment has not arrived even though my Coibase account shows it has been sent. I opened various ticket but they never solved the problem for me
They answer "Hello

This payment is expired, and we didn't receive it.

Please check your wallet it should be return to your wallet."

I bought one year package on blackfriday in november
After about 2 weeks, my account was blocked, for no reason
I have emailed many times to ask about the cause and support, but uploadgig never responded. (including their telegram accounts)
Chances are this is what they often do with customers, offer discounts and then block users' accounts.

i asked them couple of questions about the service and their support team answered all of my question with passion and desire

download speed is good although it swings from time to time but works for me

This site sells music protected by copyright with no authorizations. It violates the main rights of artists including property. DMCA email and Support emails are not working. Suckers!

they take your money 1 or 2 day speed is good to download and that u get 1mb to 2mb max speed worst file host ever do not buy premium from this host they charge extra 4 euro or 5 dollar for each money transaction stay away total rip off

I don't know what's with the negative reviews, I have used this for so many years and have always received my membership and renewals upon payment. When I started using them they offered up to 50GB daily which is more than enough, now they offer 100GB daily which is very good. As far as speed, again I don't understand why people complain it is slow - I get my ISP's full download speed when using them or I would not have used them all these years.

Great user interface - as far as support I have not needed them, though only a few times for specific payment inquiries and got replies.

My only complaint about them is the fees are excessive, I always renew for 90 days at a time, and I calculated the fees to be 20%, which is excessive, I don't know why they charge so much for fees, but what can I say, I've never had any other issues with them, I just hope they don't keep raising the fees as they do, eventually if it is too expensive I might stop using them - they should consider they will lose lots of subscribers if they raise the prices further.

Other than that, no complaints, as to someone complaining they sell music, what the hell does that mean, I think they are mistaken, this company sells hosting, not content - it's people who use it in different ways - no content is offered by the site, so yeah - 'nuff said on that, other than the high fees, the rest is ok. Cheers.

Edit: Uploadgig recently flagged many poor reviews (including mine) and as such, their current score may appear higher than what it previously was.

Anyway, the following is my experience with their service:
The download speeds are not as fast as advertised - In my case, using a download manager helped increase the speed a little.
They cap you at 50GB.
And when I flagged these issues to their customer service, I got a rude and sarcastic response. To me, it seemed that once I had paid for their service, fixing any problems on the user's end/experience is not a priority.
Them flagging poor reviews on Trustpilot I believe is a testament to their poor approach towards customer service.

For these reasons, I would not recommend Uploadgig to anyone.

But should you use it, pay with Paypal to have some protection just in case.

This is a very poor organisation with appaling service. I purchased the 30 day plan to try it out and see if the performance promises are true.
Unfortunately I am unable to comment on whether the performance promises are true because during the time I had a premium account I was never able to connect to Uploadgig.
The major problem with their download system is that you have to turn off your VPN, your protection while downloading from the web, This means that your ISP can see what you are doing. If you are using a Torrent client at the same time you try to use Uploadgig the necessity to turn off your VPN off exposes every download you are making to your ISP and also to those organisations who monitor the internet on behalf of Film Makers, TV Companies and Music Producers to name just a few.
I have tried to seek a refund because of lack of service but they have refused because I made my request on the 5th day and their Terms state that refunds are only available for the first 3 days with no consideration made for lack of service.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT THIS ORGANISATION IS AVOIDED FOR THE REASONS GIVEN ABOVE
