They have always paid out in a timely manner I enjoy this app so much!

Have cashed out at least $500 since I've been playing this app. Its legit. Only issue is how long it takes to get redeemed money on my account. Usually 2 days. But that's a nice problem to have i guess. So all and all its a fantastic app.

I've deposited over $380 on Christmas Day. I won 200 when I went to redeem, it told me that they are no longer redeeming in California anymore. My whole point was they took my money. Though they kept letting me deposit, deposit deposit and deposit up to $380, I screenshot every bit of it and send it to the customer service. They just keep saying they're going to send it to the Relevant team and they're just waiting to hear from them. No I want my money $580. I've been dealing with them since Christmas Day.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on this website but when I finally won something, nobody responds to in game assistance, on the phone line, or through email. You can't redeem your winnings from this site. Fake as f×ck!

They keep charging my credit card without letting me know unauthorized charges, and they are not refunding back. You don’t mean at all you’re just losing it. They are Chinese so guess how frauds they charge several of my credit cards they are not refunding back they give the coins and they force you to play with it

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! At first, they were letting me redeem my sweepstakes coins because I was adding money. Then I hit for over $10, 000, they locked my account. But, they allowed me to redeem $1,600. Your account is verified before you start playing. They stated they need KYC Verification and once you type in your info, it doesn’t work. They don’t want to pay you. So, they closed my account out.

I had fraud on my debit card and just now connected it to these pos they’re totally fraud their games are not even working properly they tried to tell me after checking that my bonus concluded normally when it’s still froze and they let all my “free spins” for the deposit bonus expire bc the game wa frozen.

Total scam. It doesn't let you reedem your winnings and you cannot get ahold of customer service. I've been trying for 3 days and nothing. They are fraud and I wouldn't spend your money on this site.

I honestly love this game. It's literally like playing at a real casino but at your comfort. The only thing i don't like it sometimes sends my redemption to the wrong accnt or it doesn't give me the option. Do anyone know how to change it and where? Also it's real. You win some you lose some. As long as your comfortable losing. Set a limit. But it's definitely real!
