Definitely worth the subscription
Definitely worth the subscription, to have medical needs at your finger tips and great service. I loved not having to wait on hold to get into the regular dr clinic and appointments are always a long wait on top of that. I got a simple prescription within a couple hours instead of having to wait days for an in person appointment. I’ll also add the tracking in the app is great to keep an eye on when the dr is going to call you!

I am able to get quick, reliable and relevant care for my specific needs. A a carer of a husband who has stage 4 cancer, you respond to my requests for carers leave in a very sympathetic and timely manner, which takes the worry out of taking time off work when I need.

Scammers Don't Use Them
I strongly advise against using this company. While the initial service fee of £24.95 was acceptable, they subsequently debited my account continuously for five months and owe me a total of £74.85 which still has not been refunded. I consider them to be fraudulent and believe they retain card details for unauthorized transactions. Their business practices are deceptive; I recommend seeking services elsewhere. I have already reported their conduct to my bank. Dealing with this company has been an exceptionally negative experience. They are SCAMMERS!
