I am making a direct comparison with NHS treatment for the same condition three years ago.
I am so pleased with my experience today using Updoc.
I was prescribed the medication that I know works for me and spared the pain, frustration and anxiety of receiving ineffective treatment prescribed by my own NHS GP which finally resulted in a consultation at the local hospital.
The Updoc process was very efficient and communication excellent.
I was able to collect my tablets within two hours of initial contact.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

So easy to use

Easy to use, affordable and quick. I highly recommend the service.

Amazing and quick response

They are thieves. They make you pay, then let you hand for days then tell you after you didn't pay. Then you find yourself being charged monthly in a subscriptions you never agreed to and never had any services. Scam. Be careful.

Amazing, we chose the express plan and got a letter within the same evening! So fast and great service.

The letter requested today from Updoc was to confirm Disability status and all relevant medical conditions.
The process was very simple and the medical letter was received within a 2-hours’ time frame which is a very good service, especially on the weekend [Sunday].
My only, additional comment would be is thhat with regards to the letter layout, the apacing could have been better as all the information does run together making it slightly difficult to read.
However, all the relevant information has been included and the medical document is basically just as good as medical letters I have had in the past from both. NHS and Private GPS.

It works, doctors are hard to get into with short notice these days.

First time I’ve used it. Being on a weekend which makes it completely impossible for me to see my GP makes it so worthwhile.

A very helpful quick and convenient service when you’re feeling so awful .I was lucky enough to be able to speak to the same doctor when I had to call back later in the same week. I was really grateful. So marvellous that you can then get any prescription needed delivered via DoorDash wow so good

Useless, said sick note would be completed within the next few hours this morning. Still showing same message tonight - still not done at the end of the evening! Complete waste of time - don’t waste your money!

It’s very good

The doctors have all exceeded my expectation, they have done full assessments. This Telehealth service is worth every cent, the wait times are short and you walk out with answers. As a senior clinician in a hospital I can often see faults in the medical system, but I cannot fault Updoc.

They were so quick, way to use website doctor was lovely. If your unwell and can’t get to a doctor this is the next best thing
