Amazing. Felt as thorough and responsive as my usual wonderful GP. Explained things really well, offered me a certificate for work, prescribed meds to help with my symptoms and organised tests and referrals. Efficient yet very thorough consultation.

Updoc makes the process of attaining a medical certificate much easier and less stressful than having to either attend a clinic and wait or have a Telehealth consult, which frees up time for doctors that can be spent on other patients with more pressing or serious issues.

I love UpDoc because it takes the stress and overexertion out of being unfit for work - I can focus on resting and recovering in bed instead of physically forcing myself to go to an in-person Doctor’s appointment when I’m already not well enough to do so to get to work. Great service prompt attention

Asked for help as was suppose to get a call at 10am, keep getting the same email though. All I wanted was a prescription. Is this a fake website??
So had an email from the doctor and they said they can’t help with my request and that I can get a refund, can I get through to them on the email? NO! They keep sending the same email through. I’ll keep emailing until I get my refund. In my experience I would avoid these. Only way to contact them is email and yet they don’t even answer your request. Save your money and avoid.

It's one of those ironies in life. When you're unwell and least likely to want to go out in public, you have to do just that and go see a doctor to get a certificate to present to your employer.

It's very inconvenient and it's actually illogical. Updoc has been a revelation for me. I appreciate this service so much!
