The only prop firm that gives freedom because it's the only exit.
My experience with Upcomers is actually the best I've experienced in a while.
I got so spoiled by the Upcomers trading environment that I had to try other firms to remind myself of the bad trading environment and rules of other prop firms.
I recently got an account from a popular prop firm and man it's been hell, the wide spread, high swap fees and commissions, them closing my trades before SL (lying by calling it slippage)... Man it's hell for traders out there... Traders rely on prop firms because of the high capitals and these days prop firms are making it hard for traders to trade comfortably, but Upcomers brings back the comfortability and reliability to traders.

Passed the challenge, funding denied using undisclosed “internal tolerances”
After raising my concerns, the company reached out and took the time to properly review my case. Management escalated the issue and worked toward a fair resolution. I’ve now been moved forward to the live account phase.
I appreciate the effort made to address the situation and correct it. While the experience was initially frustrating, I acknowledge the steps taken to make things right and I’m moving forward with cautious optimism.

Customer care, particularly Hunza, jumped on the phone after my review.
As per agreement, I didn't continue with the firm as simply my trading style still doesn't suit them, however they managed to give me a refund.
Hunza was very sincere, they are a growing company and he left no space for judgement beyond, went above and beyond to try and help but rules are rules.
I appreciate the effort he's put in getting in touch and liaising with the risk team.
We ended the call on good terms.

Reading about thim, they sum it up that I don't use any strategies, technical analysis whatsoever and just jump into trades bidirectional regardless of the condition of the asset am trading.
That is pure *** cause if you understand technical analysis and know how to actually trade with good risk management, like the state I have done, you can trade with the expansion and and retracement.
They are giving me a clean slate to start over rather than just terminate without compensation as a kind gesture of there side.

Best Prop Firm with Fair Rules & Exceptional Support
If you’re looking for a prop firm that truly stands by its promises, Upcomers is the one. Their rules and trading conditions are fair, transparent, and trader-friendly. What truly sets them apart, though, is their outstanding support and genuine commitment to each trader.
Even if you’re ever unsatisfied, you’re never left alone. I recently experienced a payout issue that was only partially approved at first. After just 2–3 days of communication, the matter was fully resolved. What impressed me most was that the CEO, Jakub, personally stepped in to ensure everything was handled properly. That level of accountability is extremely rare in this industry.
Matej and Gautam from the support team were also incredibly helpful throughout the process. They worked closely with me and made sure the situation was settled fairly. It’s not common to see CEOs or brand managers personally reach out and take responsibility even for minor errors — but Upcomers did exactly that.
