withdrawal of $900…
I requested my first withdrawal of $900 several days ago, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing so far.
The company initially stated a 24–48h processing time, which was not met. I was then given multiple updated timeframes (including “today or tomorrow at the latest” and later “within the day”), none of which were fulfilled.
I have been patient and respectful in all communication, but I am now experiencing delayed responses and no clear updates regarding the status of my withdrawal.
At this point, the situation feels unprofessional and concerning. I would appreciate a clear resolution and timely processing of my request.
I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.

What stood out to me is how it encourages discipline and consistency rather than overtrading. I also had a few interactions with support, and they were helpful and responded in a reasonable time.

Balance with closed trades is not Equity according to UPCOMERS
Its the worst propfirm, my last problem with them are the balance (with all trades closed) is not the equity, for me the balance is only different from equity if you have open trades, for them no.. So be careful with this company they will do all the best to you not go to real because the REAL is always DEMO, they will pay to you a not real profit they will pay money from their capital, so if you are serious and have huge profit strategy Upcomers is not your place.

Upcomers has great support, I was having issues with my dashboard that caused some problems but they rectified the issue immediately and restored my account for me. I was very upset and the support agent properly escalated my ticket to get resolved and handled it very professionally which speaks to the integrity of the firm/

Positive experience so far.
I purchased my first account in Nov. 2025 and have had a positive experience so far particularly in relation to the customer service. All technical hiccups were resolved promptly and fairly.
The price point is competitive and the rules are clear and the company is transparent with the rules.
I highly recommend familiarising yourself with the rules and if in doubt, reach out to clarify them with the team.
I like the number of assets offered (from FX to indices to commodities and even crypto!) which suits different traders and their varying needs.
My consistency has improved a lot over this time and I am genuinely very happy with the opportunity offered by this prop firm.
I have recommended the company to my friends and look forward to continue my journey with them.

Excellent Prop firm
I have a really good experience with Upcomers Prop Firm. The whole process from signing up to going through the evaluation felt smooth and well-organized, which made it easy to focus on trading without unnecessary stress.

Great support, amazing platform
Had a good experience with Upcomers overall. The platform worked well and did what it needed to do. They were upfront about what they didn't know, offered a concrete solution, and followed through on it. Goutam in particular went out of his way to make an exception for my situation. Really great customer support in Trading not reflecting
Today, I was trading my Astral 3-Step challenge account and on the third phase before I get funded.
After trading and hitting the required daily profit target to count, it didn’t reflect. Honestly I was saddened and had to ask support for assistance as early as 2:00AM
They replied that early and explained to me why my trade didn’t count; mentioning differences in time of their server and MT5. Although I haven’t found a good setup to recover.
But I’m glad their support came through
