I have been involved in prop firms for a while now and i can definitely testify that when it comes to support this firm is amazing. I do acknowledge that problems may arise here and there but the effort and response i got from this firm is top tier. I had network problems and couldn't reach out to support team. To my surprise Jan from support contacted me via WhatsApp and solved my issues. The reason i haven't put up five stars is because I'm going to start trading with them tomorrow so I'm yet to experience their platforms and rules. I'm looking forward to a wonderful experience.

The support team is amazing, very thorough in their explanation and very transparent as well, I have dealt with many prop firms and many keep their rules vague in order to increase the chances of traders failing, at upcomers, they are very clear on the rules and they go the extra mile by explaining it thoroughly to make sure you avoid failing, definitely I would recommend them for any serious trader

I have tested many prop firms, but none have been as good as Upcomers so far. The support is very friendly and fast; private support via WhatsApp is also available upon request. The challenges are affordable, the rules are fair, and there's a wide selection. The fact that there is no time pressure is very pleasant for trading. I would definitely recommend them.

Initially, there were many delays in delivering the funded accounts due to a promotion they were running, which they indicated significantly increased their customer base. They contacted me to apologize for the delay and provided me with a free one-phase account as compensation. Additionally, it has been observed on Discord that they have increased the size of their support team to improve areas that need it and provide quick solutions to any problems traders may encounter.

The worse. You buy a challenge then pass, immediately you get to funded phase, rules change automatically and you get the most ridiculous rules with a hidden rule (trailing drawdown).
Imagine not reaching daily drawdown limit but they say account is breached. It would be understandable that, they show the rules when you’re about to buy the challenge so you know what you’re getting into but they do not show it, they only do so after you have passed the challenge. This is a scam!

I decided to work with the accounts from this company based on one trader I saw on Instagram. Still in process of learning, so many accounts burned out by my mistake. But - finally I am there, and what I want to highlight here, are the fair conditions and rules, and the biggest value is Czech customer service. I had a issue with "ghost account", and after few emails I was contacted by Pavel - head of customer service who allocated a person for me to solve the issue. So the big thank you to Matyáš from Czech customer service, for his pro-customer orientation, great communication, understanding and the most - problem solving capability. at first I was trying this propfirm, didnt expect much, because lots of complain, i am seeking consistency for myself with their cheap challenges, their rules are strict, i really try my best to follow their rules, avoid tick scalping, doing trade that hold longer, I got funded after doing challenges for 33 days, it is a long time, but i am satisfied with my progress, and their platform help me, tradelocker is nice, it enable strict risk management by risking usd per trade without doing lot calculation, for scalper this is a good feature, then after funded I trade by even risking lower and after a week, i submit my first payout, then they really pay me, this is real review, i am really happy with this propfirm, and looking forward for my 2nd payout

⭐ 1-Star Review – Unfair Account Termination & No Transparency
I had a very disappointing experience with Upcomers.
After completing their verification process, passing the challenge, and trading normally, my account was suddenly permanently banned. I was later told that their KYC provider (Veriff) claimed that “two different individuals” were detected during verification — something I strongly deny.
I am the only person who verified and used the account. I repeatedly asked for:
Evidence of this claim
An explanation of what triggered the issue
A chance to re-verify my identity
Or at least a refund
All requests were refused.
What makes this worse is that:
My verification was initially approved
I was allowed to trade and complete the process
The issue was only raised after I had finished
No proof or appeal process was provided
They rely entirely on an automated KYC decision and refuse to review it manually
I was told the decision is “final,” no re-verification is allowed, and no refund will be issued — even though the service is no longer provided.
This feels extremely unfair and unprofessional. If a verification problem truly existed, it should have been flagged before allowing me to proceed. Denying access afterward with no transparency or appeal is unacceptable.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. If something goes wrong, you may have no way to defend yourself or recover your money.

I initially had a frustrating experience due to a KYC verification issue, which resulted in my account being permanently restricted after I had already passed the trading challenge successfully.
The KYC process is extremely strict, and even an unintentional situation during verification can lead to a final decision with no second chance, which I believe could be communicated more clearly.
That said, I want to highlight the professionalism of the support team. After reaching out, my case was reviewed from a human perspective, and although the KYC decision could not be reversed, the company handled the situation responsibly and processed a refund for my challenge fee.
I appreciate the effort and transparency from the support representative who assisted me until the issue was fully resolved.
Overall, the experience had ups and downs, but I value that the company ultimately acted fairly and professionally.

after passing the first challenge before i have my live account i've received an e-mail that i didn't pass the risk review due to trades that i opened was only to one direction 🤣 did you really want me to open trades against the trend? and the trades that i took was never in drawdown. this was the first and the last prop firm i tried i do not recommend to anyone this prooop firm

I am having issues with this platform. I purchased a $5k 3-step Astral crypto pro account. Initially, there were no problems connecting to Bybit by following the step-by-step instructions. However, at stage 2, I couldn't connect to Bybit. I've complained multiple times since late November, but the issue remains unresolved. The problem has never been with Bybit, the way I created the subaccount on Bybit, or the API connection setup. The issue has always been with the Upcomers website. They keep responding that it's because of how I created the subaccount or API connection, even though I followed the instructions exactly and included them in my complaint email. Another reason given was that the instructions were no longer relevant. At the beginning of my complaint, there was no ‘Configure Account’ button, and it took weeks and dozens of complaint emails before they finally understood my problem. I sent screenshots multiple times, but it still wasn't resolved; they just didn't get it. After they finally understood and took more time to fix it, I had to wait again. It took about a week to resolve, but another issue arose: the API key and secret could be copied and pasted, but the validation failed. What a trivial issue from the Upcomers website. I purchased the account in early November for around $11.90 because there was a 90% discount, but it turned out to be cheap and the issues are so minor please.

This prop firm had mt5 downtime from broker's end. I am not new to this issue at all, but the customer service team was something else, very professional, calm and empathetic!!! Listen when I say they are amazing, they are!!! Now do you know they compensated their customers? Imagine you had just 500 to lose your account, only got them to give you a new account!!! The whole customer service team deserves a medal!!! The company owner and HR team must be doing a great job.

My Experience with Upcomers – Initial Issues, Ongoing Resolution
I am writing this review to share my experience with Upcomers, which initially included some serious concerns, but is currently moving toward a more positive outcome.
During my challenge, I noticed significant inconsistencies between the Upcomers dashboard and the MetaTrader platform, even though MetaTrader was directly connected to their system. The trades displayed on the dashboard did not always match what was clearly visible in MetaTrader, which raised concerns about the reliability of the tracking system.
All of my trades were correctly executed and recorded in MetaTrader, including two trades that were temporarily in drawdown. However, once those same trades moved into profit and were closed in the green, they disappeared from the Upcomers dashboard. While the MetaTrader history clearly showed them as profitable closed trades, they were no longer visible on the dashboard used for evaluation.
Since the dashboard is the primary tool for evaluating traders, this situation was understandably concerning. I contacted support multiple times via email and the website chatbot. Initially, the communication felt slow and somewhat generic, which added to my frustration.
That said, after continued communication, the Upcomers team did make an effort to review the issue and work toward resolving it. The situation is now being addressed, and I am currently on track to receive a funded account.
While the initial experience highlighted weaknesses in transparency, technical consistency, and customer support responsiveness, I do appreciate that the company eventually engaged with the problem and worked toward a solution. I hope this also leads to improvements in their systems and communication for future traders.
