JUST FOUND THEM YESTERDAY STARTED DOING SURVEYS WAS DOING REALLY GOOD AND NOW ALL THE SUDDEN SINCE I'M 500 POINTS AWAY FROM GETTING THE 2500 IT BANNED MY ACCOUNT I WENT TO LOG BACK IN AND IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY BANNED FOR VIOLATION OF THEIR CONDITIONS I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL THAT I VIOLATED THEIR CONDITIONS!! IT'S BULL CRAP I WAS 500 POINTS AWAY AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY BANNED REALLY!! SO THAT'S WHY I'M CALLING IT BS WEBSITE AND CON ARTIST!! AND APPARENTLY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE ANSWERING YOU BECAUSE I WANT THEM TO EXPLAIN HOW MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED PERMANENTLY WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I'm just trying to find out if there's an app for Unlock Surveys on a android phone, I have been trying to find it for 4 days now and I'm going crazy. I’m honestly fed up. My account was reinstated not long ago, and I thought everything was finally fixed. But today, right after I finished a survey, the platform redirected me to my dashboard, the page refreshed by itself, logged me out, and when I tried to sign back and I was suspended AGAIN.

No warning. No message. No explanation. Just an instant auto ban the moment the survey completed.

At this point, it feels completely unfair and extremely frustrating. Getting banned immediately after completing a survey makes no sense at all. If they can’t maintain a stable or reliable system, users shouldn’t be punished for it.

Terrible experience, and honestly exhausting having to deal with this twice.

This is a total scam did all of there surveys and when I got to almost the time to cash out it locked me out of my account this was a total waste of time a they owe me $21 don't use this if you actually want to be paid

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest practice.
I wasted 60 full minutes completing a survey, answered every quality and attention-check question correctly, and the survey was approved.
A full week later, $5 was quietly deducted from my balance with no reason, no warning, and no explanation.
This is a clear abuse of users’ time and trust. Retroactively removing rewards after approval is unfair and unethical.
Until this behavior changes, I strongly do not recommend this platform to anyone

I only had 800 points left to accumulate before I could cashout the $25 PayPal. While I was in the middle of a survey I was logged out!! When I tried to login all of a sudden my account is "permanently suspended" due to "terms and conditions violation " REALLY!!! This is one of the worst websites in terms of lies and deception. I created an account a few days ago and haven't completed any surveys, and today I see that my account has been suspended for violating the terms! A fraudulent website, beware of it!

After a long struggle, I finally reached the minimum withdrawal threshold of 2,500 points, only to discover that I could not redeem my first rewards with absolutely no clear reason.
I contacted customer support, and after an entire week, I received one meaningless reply with no solution, after which they completely stopped responding.
The bigger shock came today when I tried to log into my account, only to find that it had been suspended under the excuse of “violating the terms and conditions”, with no explanation, no prior warning, and no evidence whatsoever.
It is painfully obvious that this excuse is used solely to avoid paying users once they reach the withdrawal stage.
⚠️ I strongly warn everyone against this website.
What is happening is not poor service or a technical issue — it is a deliberate and systematic approach to suspend accounts after wasting users’ time and effort.
This platform is a pure scam, and staying away from it is the smartest decision

I contacted support, but the response was slow and unhelpful.

My account was created a few days ago and was unexpectedly suspended without any clear reason.

I created my account a few days ago, and it was suspended without any reason. I contacted support on the 9th of the month, and they still haven’t responded until now!!

I set up my account yesterday, and I came back today to find my account was permanently suspended for no reason!

When I first started doing the surveys they were great. Payout is 2500 points which equals $25. Then once I got to $100 the surveys started getting less and payouts took longer and longer. I would only get them if I emailed them. Now I get only a few daily or sometimes none. Good at the beginning but once you get a certain amount they don't send you anything good.

Only after this review did they pay me two more times. So, I continued the surveys. However, NOW its been a few days of no payment and even after several emails I just keep getting an automated response email saying it will be reviewed by their staff and payment will be within 3 business days. I feel that for the amount of time spent giving honest answers they are not wanting to pay. Or, they get people interested in the beginning and then slow or stop rewards.
It's a shame because time is valuable and, as anyone can guess, they share our information while getting paid well.
I am done with this website. Just not right and I'm tired of keeping my end of the agreements with apps and false promises.
So, my rating stands.

Really starting to hate this survey site. Only way they will fix my points is by coming here and leaving a terrible review. Emailed them on the 21st of October for missinf points have not heard a peep from them, they never used to be this bad at emailing back. Took a survey on a tv show for $7.50 no points, emailed again. Waiting for a response. Used to be a great website for money

Total Useless Garbage! I responded to an add to get a $10 amazon gift card bonus. It was a total lie after they got my info which was a long process it was nowhere to be found. You need to get 2500 points to get anything and they only give small amounts of points each time so you will have to do 20 or more survey and months and months to get a measly 25 dollars. I tried to do one and it went on and on and on asking the same questions over and over in different order too. I wasted about 30 minutes and it still was going and supposily would only give 100 points. Forget this garbage if you know what is good for you!
